The hotel is okay, we spent one night here while traveling through.Unfortunately, the pool area was being renovated, so this area could not be used.This was not pointed out when booking, which is not okay in our opinion, as this is, among other things, a selection criterion.The breakfast was good and the coffee machine also offers other coffee specialties (mocha etc.).

I had my car broken into and had my bags in the back of our Honda pilot hotel had cameras outside but then told us that the cameras outside don't work. Lost 1200 worth of equipment. Never staying here againSafety: Don't feel safe knowing my car was broke into in minutes after entering the hotel.

The service here is in point. You can tell the staff works to provide a High Touch service in their attitude and product.Props to Ownership / Management and Staff.Safety: Very quiet and clean area.No issues with safety in, around or near the hotel.Food & drinks: Breakfast is much better than others at this price.Hot egg / cheese omelettes with meat and fresh fruit with yogurt.Serve yourself espresso, juice and Belgian waffles.

The hotel is great. Every staff member that I had contact with was wonderful. My only problem is the coffee. I absolutely HATE the Nescafe coffee machine in the breakfast area. It tastes horrible. It takes too long to create a cup of whatever. It is in a corner so that when people use it, they block access to the milk and juice dispensers. I stayed in the hotel for a week. Every morning, a line would form as people would push the screen in frustration. PLEASE for the love of all things caffienated, get rid of that machine.

I had an extremely disappointing attempt at a stay here. I arrived with a valid reservation and my clearly marked, well-behaved service dog, noting this in my booking in advance. Despite my calm and polite approach, staff resistance was immediate. They ignored the ADA documentation I provided and within minutes, escalated the situation to the point of threatening police involvement just to hasten my departure. This aggressive response was not only unwarranted but also made my visit unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, management was only apologetic after the fact in a corporate-speak liability mitigation sort of way with no practical follow up, and I was forced to seek other accommodations that evening. In all my travels with a service dog, this is the first and only time I've encountered such unkindness and difficulty, suggesting a broader issue with customer service at this location even if you're not traveling with a service dog.

Theft of deposit. Arrived to find TV was not working, notified staff, went out to dinner and we were changed rooms when we returned. Room was great, although after almost a week after checking out, I called to ask about my deposit, I was then told my deposit was being kept due to not reporting the bathroom faucet being broken. I asked to speak to a manager who stated that the cleaning staff reported the faucet broken, It was not. My girlfriend and I used the bathroom to get ready before we left that day. Absolutely no issues. Manager stated that if it was reported , I would have not been charged. I reminded the Manager that I had reported a previous issue, to which she agreed and stated that it was noted in their records. I mentioned that that shows I would have no problem reporting another issue - but the faucet was not broken. Manager chose not to believe me although did choose to refund half the deposit stating that $100 seemed exorbitant amount for a faucet. This being my third call about their error, I didn’t want to continue to spend time on this which I told the Manager. I thanked her although I will never stay at any Comfort Inn again. To state that if the fake issue was reported I wouldn’t have been charged, and to agree in the next sentence that we had already reported a previous issue, then not believe that the faucet wasn’t broken is something I don’t understand. The hotel was filled with underage baseball players that weekend participating in a tournament and I believe they may have confused our room. This is basically theft and I will not use Comfort Inn services ever again which is sad because I travel a lot, and I’ve stayed in this particular Comfort Inn previously , and have had great service before..

The service was not good when we arrived, the room had a strange smell and the pool was broken. I told the hotel receptionist that we traveled hours for our children to use the pool and when we booked our stay the pool was working, and she just said there was nothing she could do. We left the hotel at the same time and went to another one.

This hotel is showing it's age. Rusty fixtures. Noisy and bumpy elevator. It's the little details that are over looked that would make me not recommend. The front desk associates were friendly and accommodating.

Stole my deposit after telling me they didn’t even take a deposit from me. The breakfast was plain and the room was okay for the price I payed but I’ll never stay here again a bunch of scam artist if you ask me

Rooms were ok, bed was hard as a rock and zero water pressure in the shower.. like no kidding, water barely came out. Breakfast was better than expected but it's a step up from coffee and muffins. Located near a ton of places to eat and shop. But parking is rough if you come back after a night in Vegas.
