thank you Firestone!! saved the day, for this mom. . my car was in need of changing the Catalitic and O2 sensors, and i had spent 2 weeks calling places, Johnny was so helpful, asured me that if i brought my car in the morning of, it would be done by the end of the day. let me tell you, they kept their word, kept me posted with an update, and called when my car was ready. What i called for, they definitely came in lower price wise then the dealership quoted me on for the same part. The hand off from mt car to the Shop and back to me was great, service was great, made sure iI had all my questions answered, though my dad is a Old school Mechanic, so he was worried about me being ripped off. . but Firestone was great with communication skills, and definitely would recommend again. thank you sp much and to the gentleman who helped me this morning while droping off my car, i didn't get his name. . but everyone was was so friendly, and had a great experience.

The store @ 220 N Stephanie St Henderson, NV, 89074 use defective aftermarket manufactured parts and then do not stand by their work. I had the worst experience in late Aug 2023 when I brought my 2003 Subaru Outback into your repair shop (Store#770342) for a diagnostic due to the transmission was locked into park and the brake lights system, including rear lights, were not working. Firestone technician found Code #PO703 was the issue. The Brake light switch part was removed & replaced. The Firestone representative that checked me out determined that there most likely was an underlying electrical issue with my car because the next day the Air Conditioning blower motor was not blowing air thru the vents for approx. 12 hours, then worked again. Firestone front desk representative stated that the next time I was back in Las Vegas, I needed to find an expert that works on Subaru cars to find out why different parts of the electrical system were causing issues. When I came back to Las Vegas, and had made an online appt in another auto repair shop that specializes in Subarus and foreign vehicles, as recommended by the Firestone front counter representative in Aug. After the Subaru shop discovered that the Brake light switch part the Firestone tech had installed in August fell apart as soon as the new shop's tech reached in since the transmission was again demonstrating the same locked in park situation with the transmission and brake lights when I drove it for the first time since late Aug last night, the after- market Brake Light switch was determined to be faulty and defective. I drove back to the Firestone store location on Stephanie St after the new shop repaired the Firestone defective part and was greeted by Shanti at the front desk. She spoke with a supervisor in the garage area and was told I needed to speak with the Firestone General Manager, Earl. He was conveniently not there, so she took my information, pictures of my newest invoice at the Subaru and Foreign car repair shop and kept the defective part in a Firestone plastic bag. (photo included) I made a formal request to be refunded for the defective part and labor from late August 2023. I finally got a hold of Earl and he flat out told me that the other reputable Subaru repair shop tech must have dismantled the brake light switch and they would not refund anything to me. Asian Auto Repair's work was quick, they replaced the defective, after-market part with a Subaru part and my car is now fixed. Do not use Firestone unless you want to pay for the same work and parts twice because they knowingly use sub-par and defective parts.

Walked in on a Friday around noon. Two employees, a woman and man are behind counter. A customer was talking to the man employee about his medical problems. Employee glances at me. Never said he had to "help a customer" but waited until customer finished then made a call. I'm the only one standing in the lobby, facing the employees. Neither one welcomed me to Firestone or told me they would "be right with me." Woman employee doing something on her computer. Glanced at me once but said nothing. Man gets up from chair and walks to safe to get money out. Sits down. I'm standing there 10 minutes, no one in front of me being helped. I finally threw up my arms and said, "Is ANYONE going to acknowlege me?!" Like i'm invisable. The woman employee smiles a little and says, "Oh, sorry." The goes right back to working on her computer! WTH. I said, "Never mind, I'll go somewhere else." and walked out.

They need a zero stars button because that's what our recent experience was, a garbage experience. My husband dropped his car off at 11am in which the tech said it'd be done around 3pm. Now, 3pm comes around and we get no call so we decide to wait closer to closing time. We get to the shop and the vehicle is in the same place not touched after my husband called and someone told him his car was still "hanging". On top of lying about it being mid-worked on they just didn't do anything at all. This place used to be good we'd been coming here for years but I'm guessing those other reviews of new management are correct. It's gone down the drain. Firestone next time you guys book people make sure your employees are able to handle the task or at least let us know the vehicle wouldn't be touched and we would've taken our vehicle someplace else. Thanks for wasting our time!

If I could give this store ZERO Stars I would. But Yelp makes me add one star to give a review. I'm writing this review as I sit in a DIFFERENT auto repair shop, because the sooner the better. I was driving across the country from the Midwest back to California, with my brother and 2 young kids, and my AC went out in my Honda. It's currently 115 in Las Vegas. I came to this store seeking help and simply asked if someone could make the time to check it for me (after going to the Honda dealership with no help). The man who was working the counter, who said he ran the shop, was so rude. He simply said, "No. I can't help you." He then proceeded to say, "If it has happened earlier I could have helped, maybe." YEA GUY LIKE I PLAN WHEN MY AC WILL GO OUT IN 115 degree heat in a state I know nothing about I then ask if there's anywhere else I can go and he told me to download the app and I can call places. Excuse me? Don't you think you could be a bit helpful and call the stores YOUR franchise is part of? He told me he would call, "One place." He called, then called another but didn't explain it's an emergency. Mind you I'm crying at this point asking for help. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all. What ever happened to empathy!? I work in a profession where we use it every day, and I've integrated that in my daily life. If you ever have a car emergency and need help, make sure you schedule the emergency mmmmkay. FYI will be calling the corporate office on Monday to discuss.

This firestone use to be our go to auto-mechanic. I've continued to come here after the new management, with hopes they would get it together. However, they haven't. They now scam you and don't fix what you ask them too. I would make an appointment over the phone and when I get there, they would say I didn't have an appointment scheduled. We show them the coupons we have on the app for and a/c unit inspection and oil change but now they say we have to print them and they charged us more then double the amount. The front office is rude and getting your car maintenance is already a difficult. Don't waste your time or money here.

This location has been a solid member of my repertoire for *years*. Any time I have a problem with my second vehicle or even an issue with another Firestone store, these guys come through every single time. I always recommend them. Special orders come through same day if not next day, response time is fast, and they always follow up when they say they do. Thank you so much. I am a customer of Firestone because of this location alone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This Firestone location is HORRIBLE and destroyed our truck's infotainment screen, DID NOT take accountability for it and made US PAY for the repair! We have been taking our vehicles to Firestone for more than 35+ years and never did I imagine when we picked up our truck from getting a tire rotation and alignment that the infotainment screen would be destroyed beyond repair. We know for fact that there was no damage to it when we parked at the shop because the screen was used to help us back into our spot. As soon as we realized this, we contacted the shop and sent some pictures and emails out to Firestone. They eventually got back to us basically saying they have no way of knowing when it was destroyed and furthermore, they were doing work on the outside of the vehicle so there was no reason they would touch anything on the inside, including the screen. We knew this was a lie because the truck's radio station was on a station we would never put on, so therefore somebody changed it OR it got changed when someone destroyed the screen! We were visiting family in Nevada at the time and had to get the screen fixed before we drove across country back to Pennsylvania. We had to spend $1,050 on a new screen. We are FURIOUS! We know whoever at the shop is responsible knows what they did. You can't do that much damage and not know and the fact that they played it off like nothing happened and just gave us our truck back without saying a word is BEYOND HORRIBLE BUSINESS. We are appalled with how this was handled and hope this review helps others avoid going to Firestone all together but specifically this location!!!

DO NOT COME HERE OR ANY FIRESTONE! As a long term loyal customer of Fire Stone for over 6 years, what I've been through truly pulled back the curtain for me and cemented my decision to never work with Firestone again. It all began January 2022 when my check engine light turned on. After a conducting a diagnosis it was recommended that I get the catalytic converter replaced.. Trusting my technician I took my vehicle in to get the work done. Less than a year later in November 2022 my check engine came on again just to find out from the same technician that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced... again. At first, they tried to charge me over $2000, and after a few days of communicating with 3 different employees pleading my case about how a catalytic convertor should last over 100,000 miles they finally agreed the warranty would cover the cost since my last replacement was less than a year ago. Fast forward to January 2023, two months later, my car randomly lost power in the middle of the road putting my life in danger, it became very difficult for it to pick up speed and was dangerous for me to drive it anywhere. It was then I began to suspect the problem was related to the recent work done in November 2022. I started to question if I should take it back to the same shop. It was then I decided to take it to the manufacturer where I learned the catalytic convertor had to be replaced yet again for the 3rd time in a 13 month time frame. At this point I am frustrated. Hyundai recommended to replace not only the front cat but the back cat as well. They also mentioned the part installed by Firestone was old and rusted (pictures included) and was not the right type of type for my car which caused further damage to my back cat. This was devastating news to hear. I truly trusted Firestone and they had been apart of my regular vehicle maintenance for several years with two of my past vehicles. I spoke with one area manager Daniel Petowski, who offered me a refund of the work done back in January 2022 for $1250, but I did not find this a fair resolution. The cost of a catalytic converter replacement job in 2022 was much less expensive than the cost today. Not only that but the technician who installed the old rusted catalytic converter assured me the part was new which I later came to find out was a bold face lie. The incorrect (and old) part ended up creating collateral damage to my back catalytic converter which became an additional expense for me that should not have happened to begin with if the work was done correctly the first time back in January of 2022. I have been trying to get in contact with the corporate office for weeks after looking for fair soltuion and being dissatisfied. All I wish is for Firestone to own up to all of damages including lying to their customers, malpractice and putting in used and improper parts. I have felt completely tossed to the side about the entire situation no matter how many times Ive called I have not received one phone call. Ive left several emails, submitted multiple tickets and left multi voicemails. I felt I had no choice but to leave this review so others don't fall into the trap of Firestone. Be weary about getting expensive work done here. My trust in the company has gone to complete zero and I will make it my duty to be sure no one gets hurt here the same way I did.

Got my battery here, fast and quick. Two years later had to replace said battery. Warranty covered it. This is Vegas and batteries die quick around here.

There favorite way of hitting your pocket is oil and fluid leaks and no matter how many times you have it repaired there's always a leak and they keep coming up with new, believe me be careful who you deal with and the biggest problem is that they don't have experience mechanics only trainees maybe other stores are better then on Galleria Mall

Called to schedule an appointment to get some brand new wheels and tires mounted and balanced, was told to come in right then since their were no appointments at the time... once arrived was told my vehicle wasn't going to be touched for another hour ended up waiting almost 4 hours for my service which would of been fine if that's what I was told Come back home to realize every single brand new wheel is scratched from installing the lug nuts .. I could understand maybe one wheel on accident but all four wheels ? Someone needs a lesson on how to use a impact Very disappointed in the very simple service I paid for , wouldn't trust this store for anything ever again

As usual Chris was very helpful to schedule. Upon arrival checked me right in for a simple oil change. 11/2 hours later Chris had finished his shift and gone home. Cabrina was there to ask and she got it done. C'mon guys, an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change? Short staffed? People home sick? Canbrina was so professional and kind that I left there feeling satisfied. Please acknowledge her kindness as she turned a not so good experience into a good one. Thank you.
