(Gibson)I am so happy to be able to work with true professionals who have helped me tremendously in my recovery. Risky business practices in place. I hope you can bring video up of my experience on this day for training purposes. I had to provide a second sample on the same day and upon providing the sample the tech handling my UA had a couple of other samples on the counter with mine and when handling them knocked them over accidentally like bowling pins. It didn't register initially but in reflecting I'm not too sure if my sample was mine as there was already a mark on my sample where I had to initial. Maybe it was nothing but all the same it raises a big question as far as lab integrity goes and since the lab provides testing for DOT employers I think I it's an unacceptable level of risk with potentially life impacting consequences. I can only hope that my sample is the one that gets recorded in my chart. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this feedback.

Came to concentra not knowing what to expect, had a ladder fall on my face. Dr Melinda Dy really made me feel like everything was going to be ok. Truly had a great experience considering the fact. I would recommend this place 10/10

They're all very nice the only problem I had is I had an 11 15 appointment I didn't see until almost 2:00 I don't appreciate that my time is worth something too it's my only day off and I don't get it off cuz I have to go to the doctor that's the only thing the doctors are great the pts are great
