Absolutely horrible. I had some last minute shopping to do today for Christmas. It's Christmas Eve and I googled where I could find the items I was looking for. This place was closest to me so I went there. Well I never made it in the door. When I pulled in the parking lot I found plenty of parking that said Cosmo prof only and so I pulled in. The second I got out of my car a lady standing in front of the door yelled to me that I could not park in that spot. At first I was confused but I realized she was assuming because I'm a man that I was going in to the dispensary next door. To me that was absolutely unprofessional and not necessary at all. So I just got back in my car and as I was leaving she was yelling at someone else the same thing. This is not the way to do business and she definitely should not be working there. I never even made it in the door and I will not be going back. I went to Ulta and spent $400 and found everything I needed.

I really used to love this store. But the employee attitudes have ruined the friendly atmosphere that used to be there. I’m not sure if different management took over, but the environmental feel has definitely changed.. I’d rather spend more on gas to feel more welcomed at a different location.

Super disappointed with this store!! I called about 5:15 PM and I told a store clerk I was having a bit of a dilemma getting to the store before they closed on time so the girl said that she would pull all of the items that I needed ahead of time. Great. I pulled up at 6:02 PM and I saw a man leaving the store who obviously purchased items I run up to the door and they had locked it. I knocked and a heavyset girl with glasses and blonde/blue hair comes to the door saying that they are already counting out their drawers so she cannot sell me any items I told her that I had already spoken to somebody on the phone and they pulled my items for me already. I just needed to pay for them and she said no she could not sell me anything.. however literally 1 second before hand I saw a man leaving with bags who obviously made a purchase. So obviously she was lying, being rude and lazy and did not want to help me 3 minutes past their closing time!! Don’t you just love how nobody wants to do their jobs anymore? ??♀️

The Manager Grace was very rude and unprofessional. When we would ask her questions she’s would get annoyed and frustrated. Someone def needs to get her replaced. If i was able to put 0 stars i would.

Poor customer service. They close before stated time. Called and got there exactly at closing time. They would not stay open 1 min past. Buyer beware

Every employee that works here have always provided the BEST customer service out of any other professional beauty supply store I've shopped at.. hands down. They are always readily available to help me find something especially when I'm in a hurry. The best part of being a customer there is how welcome they all make me feel as soon as I walk thru the door. Good employees make a Great store. Trish (manager) has one heck of an AMAZING store she's running there. She's pretty AMAZING herself I might add.I look forward to spending my money in a store that radiates the EXCELLENT customer service they way this store does.Thank You Darlings xo
