Cosmo Prof is a well-organized and clean store, offering a wide range of products by brand and type. Customers appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff, who provide good customer service with kind greetings. However, product supply shortages due to the pandemic have made it difficult to find certain items. Despite occasional rude customers, the staff remains friendly and dedicated to assisting salon clients.

Friendly, clean store. They usually have what I need but if I have to to restock Scruples color, the only location nearby that carries it is the Gibson/215 store. The Sunset location is convenient for me but Gibson isn't too far either! Both stores seem to be run well.
