Cosmo Prof is a well-organized and clean store, offering a wide range of products by brand and type. Customers appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff, who provide good customer service with kind greetings. However, product supply shortages due to the pandemic have made it difficult to find certain items. Despite occasional rude customers, the staff remains friendly and dedicated to assisting salon clients.
I loved being able to visit there and their service was great. Thank you Mitchie, Evelyn, Aubrieana, Rebecca, and McKenna!

CosmoProf in person was amazing! Everything was nicely organized and easy to find. Rebecca was a nice worker there that was also helpful and as well as the others when I was there with my class on Friday, October 9th, 2026. I hope to come back again some time soon. Overall, good experience.
