Be careful with this Costco. I got duplicate scan item twice by the checkers. I bought my receipt to the manager, I got the refund, but the manager didn't even admitted that their mistake or gave an apology. Very unprofessional!

Huge selection of items, I just wish it was organized better. Some things were good for the price, but eyyyy that produce is a rip off. Better off going to smiths or even sprouts. I got to try the famed Costco pizza and it was ok especially for $3. The slice is huge and is easily splittable. We also tried their cookie and that left a lot to be desired. It was hard on the outside and not cooked in the middle. The clothing was just ok. I know they rotate in and out but it was all blah. Fun to go with someone who has a membership, but I'm not sold on getting one myself

All the usual Come stCo stuff. But, I just had the Chicken Bake pocket/grilled thing, and man, was that tasty! Better than the pizza, which is a bold statement!

Rude service at the food counter they threw my food at me and told me I have to wait after I waited almost 40 minutes for pizza and all I asked for was the cup I ordered. Beyond rude.

As I have recently moved, Costco is closer than my membership at Sam's Club. Parking was non existent. The lines for gas were long and slow moving. Pedestrians weren't watching where they are going. Staff were rude, the line to membership and returns was out the door. Someone was body slammed outside the entrance, I am assuming a shoplifter, while by standers just took video. What an awful experience. I will keep my membership at Sans Club.

I went to Costco today in Henderson to renew my personal card and also to obtain a business Costco card. I was in the process with this lady named CC. She would not accept my Nevada drivers license because it was marked on the top right not for the real ID act, so she thought it was a fake drivers license. She took it to a manager who would not accept it. I also showed her all my other ID's for my business records, and they still wouldn't accept it. Then CC begins to advise me my zip code will not work in their system. She didn't know why their software wouldn't accept the zip code. I initially spoke to CC and she would not provide me her name, and her name tag was turned around. I asked her coworker for her name who in turn provided it as CC. She then lied to her supervisor and said that she did not refuse to take my ID which is not true. Then I told her tell the truth to your supervisor and don't lie. She then walked off and refused to help me. While she was assisting me she was also talking to several other coworkers who were complaining about other customers. Very unprofessional.

We've been coming here for years but today was met by a very nasty old bittie in the self-check out that stunned me . She came over to help us after she saw we had started to scan almost everything in our cart, but, when I moved to push things over on counter she started in on me . I understand your rules, I tried to explain calmly, told her she can speak to me not act like my mother , with her scolding my husband and I in the check out. Second, instead of helping us kindly, like every other service rep has in the past, she threw her hands up so dramatically and told us " I can't help you" " you can't do this, I am telling my manager " for doing what ? pushing items over on the counter ? I asked her to pls restart and we will start over. instead , she continued on with her scolding , telling me to get in one of the already long lines after we had been standing long in this line . She was probably the worst thing we've ever seen at costco. Not only was she not helpful but she was overly dramatic and was trying to embarass us because by scolding us because we pushed items on the counter. We told her to get her manager because she refused to help and she continued to scold as she was walking away. Her manager Rey undid the problem in less than 40 seconds was nice and restarted us and sent another younger gentleman to help us not scold us, and we were done in less than 7 minutes. She did attempt to help the people next to us and she did the same thing with that older couple. She scanned 2 items and started telling them they can't do this, and cant' be touching that, and stop touch their groceries. She ended up leaving that couple and stood at a different line and just stared at them. That couple didn't know what to do , they looked at us, and collectively, we all shook our heads in awe of what was going with her this morning. As we we were walking out with our groceries, as a sign of retaliation because we asked for her boss she was sneered at my husband and I and yelled her name out " My name is Cathy Jo" I laughed because I could only imagine how desperate Costco had to be to hire someone so clueless about what customer experience is, to hire this Cathy Jo. Walmart and McDonalds hires many senior citizen, and they are delightful, happy and friendly. They help us scan and bag items at check out too. Costco, you obviously are scraping at the bottom of the barrel when you are hiring these days. I understand that times are tough but please forward this post to your HR, because they are failing you . This old lady, isn't fit to serve anything but herself. She doesn't understand that her job is to help. I get it, you are hiring, and not discriminating by age, but you know better than to hire people who have NO INTEREST in helping your customers. Its not Age Discrimination when they are not fit to perform the duties and task of a job. Be kind to your customers.

I was quite surprised when my 21 year old told me she had a bad experience at the self-checkout lane. Apparently Bobby decided to harass my daughter and her boyfriend (both21) while they checked out purchasing alcohol. My daughter had the Costco membership. He was rude about where they placed their cart the he was rude stating state law requires that only my daughter would be allowed to touch the alcohol because she was the member. Funny how he allowed him to push the cart. He was simply rude and overbearing being authoritarian in his behavior. If they were older, he wouldn't have treated them with such indignity!!!! He needs to be spoken to!!!!!!

Worst experience today. Haley and Ren were just two of multiple employees whose attitude and customer service was absolutely absurd. From having horrible attitude, to seriously clapping in me and my sister's face there is no words for the disrespect we encountered today for a misunderstanding. Every single employee we spoke with today was horrible. We now completely canceled all our memberships and so have our friends and families. Sam's club has the same products without the horrible customer service.

Costco TV warranty is a complete waste of money. I have a black screen on outdoor night and indoor dark scenes. I was told by Costco after i bought the warranty I cannot return the TV until the Costco concierge, or the Samsung service give permission to return or exchange the tv. When I bought the warranty, I was to it will cover for 5 years. I call Costco concierge service they try to make adjusts that did not work on the Costco concierges get me appointment with Samsung. Samsung sends a guy out that could not fix the TV. He wrote on the service paper he showed me how to make adjustments that Costco Tech already used. I tried to live with the dark picture problem. i paid for the warranty I should use it. I called back to Samsung. I was told they will come out again but there probably be a charge. I then called Costco Concierge back. I was told nothing they can do except try Samsung, again but they will probably charge me. Why do they sell a warranty if they don't honor it?

Terrible experience with employee Harold. I scanned my Costco card and bought one bag of chicken with my sister. She went to pay and he said you have to pay because your name is on the card. I have never had this experience before when my family members and I go to to Costco. He said it's written on the door loudly. I said have a wonderful holiday Harold he continues to repeat himself loudly "it's written on the door". Terrible customer service especially during the holidays. Can we just be nice to each other? It's unfortunate.

This is the most unorganized and gross costco i've been to. Why am I paying for a membership if it's going to look like a bigger walmart. The beverage and sauce station was absolutely disgusting definitely not being looked after, it looked like the sauce station at an outside pop up carnival. 0stars costco has gone so downhill I don't even see a point in keeping a membership. Costco is a pity store at this point.

Costco always offers the best quality available. I've received some of the highest-end A5 Wagyu Beef steaks and Osetra Caviar kit (everything included!) from their website and had it delivered, I was really quite impressed with the marbling of the genuine A5 Wagyu and the perfectly poppable (Osetra) caviar. Costco always provides the best prices in town for top-quality products, grocery, and service. I always have my car's tire service done by this Costco and they've even completely replaced a recently bought tire that got a hole in it. I also love the free snack stands that are always around as you shop. As a note, I've purchased other cheaper Osetra from Costco and it WAS actually cheaper, less poppable, darker color, slightly more fishy taste, so make sure if you want the best, get the higher priced one, but I'm sure Costco would've refunded me if I had shown them, since the picture I provided on Yelp was from the higher priced Osetra vs. The cheaper priced (it was still expensive, but it was $200 for 3 small jars, vs the picture here, $200 for 2 small jars).
