How is this place still in business? This facility has a constant flurry of break-ins, consider it a lucky day if you drive by without police on site taking a report.
They don’t immediately notify unit renters either that their units have been broken into. Despite this they lack the ability to put up any security or the bare minimum, surveillance cameras and floodlights, that could help mitigate or catch the people breaking in. Given that, there is no choice but to believe they are complicit and aiding the people breaking in - giving them tips on which units have the most valuable goods.
Shady business, police should look into it.

Beware of CubeSmart’s Bait-and-Switch Pricing:
I’ve rented at this facility since it first opened under Storage One. CubeSmart is now the third owner—and by far the worst. Since they took over, the facility’s condition has declined, yet rates have skyrocketed.
Right now, they advertise my unit size for $165/month for new customers, claiming the “regular” price is $275. But my actual rent has been raised repeatedly—now to $500/month! That’s nearly triple the advertised rate.
CubeSmart’s business model seems to be:
1. Attract new customers with low rates
2. Punish loyal customers by hiking prices every few months
3. Never lower rates regardless of market conditions
If you sign with them, expect constant rate increases. The price you agree to will not last. In my opinion, this is a dishonest, bait-and-switch practice.

NEVER NEVER NEVER Use this location. My unit has been broken into TWICE in 3 months. No cameras, no security. After the first break in I changed units and then that unit was broken into. The manager, Jim was very nice and helpful, BUT still 2 breaking in 3 months !!!

I just received my new storage unit. My moving day was nothing short of a nightmare. It was such a blessing to interact with someone like Jim after such a long day. Jim fully walked me through the process. He was patient and kind. My day really made a turn. There are still amazing people in the world.

Jim was absolutely awesome. We already have one storage unit. I signed up for another unit on line. Thought I had rented a 10x10 unit. When I got there and we started unloading when I realized the unit I had booked was only a 5 x 10. I went down to the office and Jim saved us. He had a 10 x 10 Unit. They are great!

We have rented from CubeSmart for some time and needed another unit. Jim, the manager, was extremely helpful in getting us another unit very close to our first unit. I highly recommend Jim and CubeSmart Storage.

It’s robbery . My husband and I opened a storage unit here a year ago and the rates have nearly tripled . Every few months we get an increase it’s absolutely ridiculous and scandalous. You won’t enjoy your “special rate” for long with this company you can expect an increase within 2 to 3 months and then every few months after that as well . I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for affordability or transparency

we were long term renters for roughly 4 years but the gouging never stopped. they increased the price every 3 to 6 months. that 10x30 that costs $225 when you first start will eventually go up to $583 and who knows how much more if you keep paying their asking price.
we ended up packing up and moving to a unit down the street for the same size unit at a much lower price.
