This is the worst pharmacy I have been to. I picked up several medications one time and they included a prescription for someone else. I went to pickup a prescription another time and they said I couldn't have it until 4/17. I went 4/18 and they had forgotten to fill it. It's just one thing after another. I can't wait to get back to my friendly, efficient CVS back home.

Really convenient CVS location in the Macdonald Ranch area. My husband can walk in and get shots, including shingles and flu. The pharmacy staff is always helpful for him, plus he can easily use his insurance and take care of what he needs with ease. I also love stopping in for items such as cards or snacks. Lots of easy parking and self service checkout is available too.

I really like this CVS because it's clean, has ample parking, employees are nice, and we can get in and out quickly. I called yesterday to verify if they had the Phizer vaccine because my husband needed a booster and they suggested to just stop in while the pharmacy was open. He came after work, about 4pm. He was able to show his vaccine card and get the Phizer booster, in just a few minutes! It was so convenient and fast!

CVS does not have the best prices overall. However, if you are a part of their care pass program, look for coupons from them, or read their weekly ad, you can keep the prices low. We have been part of their care pass program for about a year. It gives you 20% off of CVS brand healthcare products and other price reductions. For us, the program is a good deal.Recently, after a trip to a cold and rainy Chicago, my wife and I came down with colds and sore throats. To avoid passing on germs we decided to order online some healthcare items and pick them up at the store. Our complete order was ready in less than 50 minutes. I walked in and picked the order up at the front counter and was out in less than 30 seconds. Before we used CVS, we tried virtually the same order with our local Walgreens. We placed the order with them at 4 PM and was told at 5 PM our order would be ready soon. At 9:38 that night, Walgreens texted us and said they could not fulfill our order. We will no longer try to purchase anything from Walgreens online. CVS showed us they are the superior retailer.

BEST pharmacy I've been to!! Xiena & Jayson helped resolve an issue I had when I picked up my medication. They were so sweet and helpful. Every other CVS I've been to wasn't as kind or caring. Jayson even remembered me calling a few days ago. Great pharmacy.

During a three month period, we received two ineffective medications where as, the previous times that we received them the were working. The medications were completely ineffective and felt like Placebos. CVS Refused to stand behind the products they are selling. Medication is expensive to begin with but we definitely cannot afford to pay for medication that does not work. Our entire family has since transferred our prescriptions to another pharmacy and have not had any problems with the new pharmacy.

Shoutout to the homies in the pharmacy always getting my scripts filled on time. You always see bad reviews for pharmacies, but you never really see the good. They've been my pharmacy for years and I've never had an issue. You can see the pharmacist and techs filling scripts in the background, so kudos to y'all. I see your hard work and appreciate it!I've never had a huge wait for my scripts but then again, I always go inside for pick up. The only time there was a wait was during March/April during the lockdown, so it's understandable. One moment really stands out and it was from years ago. My dermatologist prescribed a medication that my insurance did not cover in the slightest. The pharmacy gave me a call to let me know and she gave me solutions to my situation. Loved the small gesture!
