I don’t mind leaving another review great pharmacy clean very persistent. Maintenance is very well. Staff is very well mannered very helpful and as I always say special shout out to Ryan because he’s one of the pharmacist I’ve dealt with since I’ve been going there and I’ve also witnessed while waiting in line him help another person as well as he help me so I believe he treats everyone the same fair with heartfelt sincerity with peoples medication’s that they really need and the staff as well. They are there to help their kind never had a problem and I never want to change pharmacies.

Because my insurance switched pharmacies, I only recently started coming to this location. However, I am quite happy with the service here, especially by the pharmacist Ryan. He is so wonderful, he is so great, he answers all your questions, and treats you like he wants you to get better. I don't think I've encountered a better pharmacist.

Ryan the pharmacist at the CVS store on Pecos & Wigwam is very kind, respectful, caring, knowledgeable & efficient! He took his time to help me check on which of my two insurances had the lowest copays for my medications. All his store staff have also given me great customer service whenever I shop there.

Never had a problem with cvs until this location. The guy was not helpful and wouldn't open the register for me to pay but opened it after I started paying on the self checkout. I was having trouble with the payment at self checkout and had to switch my form of payment because he wouldn't open the normal line up and didn't want to do his job because I look young. I'm 25 and look 16, and I'm sorry I don't want to use self check out. Going to Walgreens from now on. I was able to get my stuff but just because I look young doesn't mean I have to use self checkout and that he can take the older guy behind me on the register after me asking. I wouldn't have been as upset if he hadn't opened the register for the other guy after me asking 2 min prior I was literally just finishing paying. So frustrating

I've been getting my Parents Rx at this location with no issues, up until today that a person from the Pharmacy Name Koi answered with a frustrated voice and abrupt attitude, stating that , you have to call your Dr's office to change the plain Prep liquid to a flavored one , and he proceeded, ee can request it but you have to call and ask in a bossy tone of voice... RUDE and disrespectful.

I had to switch to this pharmacy after my other location closed down. I've been through drive-thru a dozen times and it's always been as quick as can be. I love the texts you get where you can check the progress of your prescriptions. Either the other location didn't offer this, or I didn't know about it. This is a well run pharmacy, and a very busy one. Yet I've never called and been put on hold for more than a few minutes. Employees there are friendly and very hard working. Very professional. Ryan seems to be an awesome Manager, he was one of the reasons I chose this location. Guy knows what he is doing. Unfortunately I am moving out of state. Figures, just when I found a great pharmacy. But I highly recommend this location to anyone. I'm on a lot of medications, so I have to go to the pharmacy often. No problem with this location at all. Good job, guys.

Slow to fill prescriptions; ACD goes in circles unless you have an existing prescription that it knows about. Extremely difficult to get an actual person on the phone.

The pharmacist was so helpful with directing me to another CVS pharmacy on Valley Verde to get a Script written out for my little dog. I had been to two other Pharmacies other than CVS and was getting no help they were sending me to all over town. CVS has my business after that.
