Worst CVS I've been to. Consistently busy, consistently slow. Drive thru processes cars at a rate of about 8-12 minutes a car if you are lucky. Never experienced this speed of service at any other CVS. Going to move the prescriptions to Albertsons.

This store is terrible. The staff is awful. They lied to us and said our Dr didn't give a dose amount for our prescription and when I called the doctor office, they said that was incorrect and would call the pharmacy. The person the Dr spoke to said it was ready for pick up and they just needed updated insurance information. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacy tech said they didn't have it. Another time, they gave my medication (that was filled and I was called to pick it up) to someone else because they were there and I wasn't. So they gave me all that they had on hand, which wasn't the correct amount and now my insurance is having a hard time paying for this medication, again, because it was already recently filled. This medication keeps my cancer from coming back. An older woman with short hair told me I was confused when I told her I have double coverage and my previous pharmacy had no issues with it. She told me that's impossible and you can't have double coverage for medication. This place is an absolute joke and I can't wait to change pharmacies now that my insurance doesn't require a CVS. I've never had a pleasant experience here. I HIGHLY recommend going to Albertsons (in the same parking lot) for their pharmacy, you'll have a MUCH better experience.

I go to get a prescription filled and come back hours later to hear they never filed it. And this happens time after time. In today's incident i came back the next day and they never filed it despite saying they were going to fill it yesterday. They at just getting worse and worse. Please pick any other pharmacy besides this CVS.

#1 advice is to pick another CVS to deal w your meds. This pharmacy will make you think you're being pranked. Absolutely the worst all the way up the ladder. They will send you text that your meds are ready and then after a hour in line you'll be told to come back in 20 min. If you are lucky. You will definitely struggle getting med if you choose this location.

My prescriptions are never filled. Even days after it was sent. I literally have to call the store to make sure if it’s ready or if they even have started on it. Not to mention the pharmacy staff is very rude. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

Gave this pharmacy a prescription yesterday. Got text that said it was ready today at 8AM. It was 9:00AM when I came to pick it up. It is STILL NOT READY. I was told I need to wait 20 min while tgey fill it NOW. What was the text for? I was told to come get it at 8AM!! Holy cow!! I do have to say Erik did expedite the Rx once I came in. Still about a 20 min wait. Other store employees not friendly at all. No hellos or smiles...lifeless. I really do NOT enjoy coming to this store.

This is literally the worst store in existence. I wish I could give 0 stars. None of their systems ever work the keypad on their phone system doesn’t understand when you enter a number. They never have your prescriptions and never called to let you know.. they refilled my prescription over and over and over again except they never actually did it. They just kept sending me text messages saying that they had and then when I asked him to please fix that they just completely stopped refilling my prescriptions and never sent me another text message.. when you report a problem they just say oh so sorry and never fix it.

CVS is the place to go for everything including makeup. Get CVS'S Care Pass & it'll save you so much on anything including CVS Brand items as well as sales on makeup better than anywhere.The staff, especially RAIN is knowledgeable & personable!

CVS has extremely high prices. All their items cost a dollar or two more than other stores like Albertson’s and Walmart and target. The candy at CVS was very expensive for Easter. My other issue is there is only one cashier, therefore, we wait in line for quite a while to buy all our items.Thirdly, my cashier was very nice, very helpful, and even informed me that I was buying candy that was on special for two for one so I went and got another pack of that candy because I needed more candy and I did not have enough money to buy an extra bag so that was really helpful.

This is the absolute worst CVS in the nation!! I have been to many CVS stores all over the US due to the travel I do for work. Service at the pharmacy is basically nonexistent and communication is horrible at best. I’ll be using the Walgreens a little further away!

Bicenntenial CVS store is a complete disaster; no help and long lines; Either close the store down, or organize it better and please add more salespeople and registers; waiting on a line for 45 minutes is unacceptable! No wonder people go online. Your store is a disgrace.

I was scared to transfer my pharmacy order for my mom to pick up at this location because of all the horrible pharmacy related reviews, however it went smoothly and swiftly for me. They were on lunch break when I called, but when I called back at 2pm, they answered reasonably and sorted my order out. They asked for me to come in at least an hour later which was no problem for me, and everything was sorted. Saved me a trip to the post office to mail meds out. Thanks!

This place never has what they say they do online. The staff on the floor is either non existent or short and seem bothered to assist you the customer. I can see why people say go anywhere else.

Every pharmacy tech I've ever dealt with in this place has been so kind and easy to get along with. They're all very helpful, and go out of their way for you. To them, I'm sorry for the crummy review. The one star rating is very specifically for the pharmacist Joe. He's incredibly rude. He lost a paper prescription that I handed him directly (an important inhaler for my disabled father.) He told me that the inhaler would take a few days to be filled, because it had to be ordered. I came back a week later and they don't even have a record of it. Instead of apologizing for the mistake that he made, he loudly (in front of a whole pharmacy full of customers and techs) said, "I only remember you giving me a prescription for your dog that was too early to fill." It's incredibly embarrassing to be treated like this at the place that's supported to be helping you with your medical needs. I don't care how busy you are Joe, being rude and acting suspicious of the people who are coming to you for their medicine is completely unacceptable.

So many issues here , so, so many. Finally today I am fed up. Drop off a prescription at 1:16, told it will be 2 hours. Go back 4 hours later...could not possibly be not ready, could it? Yep. Do this time the problem wheel spins and lands on...no one typed in the prescription when it was hand dropped off at the counter. So now it will be another 20 minutes. Me, I'll stand right there at the counter because I am afraid that if I walk away...we'll, who knows. The overall reviews for CVS here is 2 stars (and there somehow is two Yelp accounts for reviews), so giving them the benefit of the doubt...oh, the other one is 2 stars also. You would think this kind of stuff motivates a business to 'do better'. And, I am not really taking away from the counter people who for the most part seem friendly enough. There is just an operational challenge here, unlike other pharmacies zi have been to. Solution....that's their job.
