Not surprising why this location has such a low review score. My goodness, we came in around 5:00 for a prescription, was told it would take an hour because they're so busy, 2 hours later we're still waiting.

Review is for flu and covid shots (two visits) with appointments just like others have mentioned, if you want to waste your time, definitely stop by here. This spot is close to my work but rather go elsewhere even if I have to drive further out. 1st time I thought it's just fluke, 2nd time... yes no more! Waited about 20-25 minutes on both visits, I can see if this was a walk-in, fine. But both visits I've booked appointments and what's the POINT of an appointment if they aren't ready for you? There's only ONE guy that can do this, and he's always SUPER BUSY because everybody else comes to him for questions, etc. It seems they have a lot of entry level staff and ONE senior guy. AVOID this location unless you don't mind waiting...

If you want to wait all day for a simple rx to be filled come here. They will waste your time and move slower than molasses.

Such a nice neighborhood with one of the worst CVS staff at the front counters. You would think a neighbor with great residence would have a better place to shop. Guess I will travel a couple of miles and go to the Seven Hills CVS or to the Wall Greens

What is the point of making an appointment for vaccination and when you arrive you're told they are out and not even a courtesy call.

Subject: Frustrated Experience at CVS - Promised Baby Benadryl UnavailableI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at my local CVS store in Nevada. As a parent of a six-month-old baby, I rely on accurate information and timely access to baby products, especially when it comes to their health and well-being. Unfortunately, my recent visit to CVS left me feeling not only disappointed but deeply concerned.I had checked the CVS website, which indicated that baby Benadryl was available in-store. Trusting this information, I made the trip to CVS with the expectation that I would be able to purchase this essential product for my child. To my astonishment, I discovered that the store did not have any baby Benadryl in stock. This misinformation is not merely an inconvenience; it poses a real problem for parents who may need such products urgently. Allowing parents to believe they can find a particular item and then failing to stock it is not just frustrating; it's potentially dangerous in situations where time is of the essence. As a parent who places a high priority on my child's health and safety, this experience was scathing and deeply disappointing. I urge CVS to take immediate steps to ensure that their online inventory information is accurate and that the products they advertise as available in-store are indeed in stock. Misleading parents in need is unacceptable, and it erodes trust in the brand.I hope CVS takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent other parents from going through similar frustrating experiences in the future.Sincerely,Unamused Parent

I went to the 1 minute clinic and tried to sign up to get a TB test right before they closed for lunch. After trying to make an appt on your computer, one of the personnel came out and told me to come back at 3. This time not only I, but a CVS employee tried to help me log in but I never received a confirmation code. After taking 2 people ahead of me and no one waiting in line, I explained the situation and asked if they could take me now. I was told I could only come back when I had an appt. even though the CVS employee tried to explain also why that didn't happen. I followed the medical personnel out of the store so she could warm up her hands. What happened to being an understanding human being. Never going back and its the closest pharmacy!!!!!!!!!

I asked the people in the pharmacy about nueriva and other mind focus supplements. They acted like they were too busy to answer my question and then told to ask the cashier in the front. As I walked away I found the product pretty much right in front of the pharmacy. I left without buying it.

The grey haired lady that always works at the front counter should NOT work in customer service! She ALWAYS has a horrible attitude and seems annoyed if you ask her for help. I returned two cans of hair spray that don't spray... she acted as if I was trying to do something shady.... Even though I had my receipts and she tried to spray them with no success.... Then proceeded to shake them as if she wasn't going to accept them if I had used them!!! Even if they are half full I would expect my refund as they are clearly defective!!! However they never worked so yes lady they were full... Another time I stood at the counter for 9 mins ( yes I timed it) waiting while she stood over by the photo machine visiting with a lady looking at her pics.... Laughing and totally ignoring me 3 feet away.... She yells over to me to go use the self check... I had cash and that one as usual wasn't working.... She was clearly upset that I had the nerve to need her assistant. She's awful! She is a very rude lady with a bad attitude and every time I'm there I say never again will I spend my money here.... Unfortunately it's very convenient to where I live.... Just wish they would fire her. I myself work in customer service and management.... I would NEVER allow this at my workplace. There's too many people that would appreciate their job and don't hate their job like she clearly does. Hopefully CVS will wake up and do something about this issue as I'm clearly not the only one that feels this way...

I am a pharmacist and I receive my medication through this CVS pharmacy because it is close to my house. My husband and I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy and the pharmacy staff. There has been 3 instances where my husband has come to the pharmacy to purchase allergy medication that contains Sudafed (3 different months). Every time he goes, he is told that they can not sell it to him because their machine is down. I know this is a lie because I have worked as a retail pharmacist. Every single month I have an issue with getting my medication filled. It will show the status "Rx On Order" for days and when I call to inquire, my medication mysteriously shows up the next day through the supplier. Today, I called about my medication that my provider sent 5 days ago and has been "on order" for 2 days. First off, this guy (I am assuming he is the pharmacist) answers the phone with no proper introduction. This is how you should answer the phone at the pharmacy: "CVS Pharmacy...This is So-and-So. How can I help you?" This guy picks up the phone and quickly says "How can I help." When I asked him about the status of my prescription, he lied and said the medication strength that I take was on back order. I had to call him out on this and explained to him that I am a pharmacist and it is NOT on back order. After a minute of him fiddling on the computer, he tells me there is a box in the fridge that they saved for someone else and he is going to fill it for me. Mind you, this medication has not been filled for 5 days and still would not have been filled if I didn't call to inquire. I had an instance a couple of months ago where my children were sick and one of my kids did not have a profile set up because she was a new patient to the pharmacy. They cashed her prescription out and didn't bother to ask my husband if our child had insurance when he came to pick the medications up. Of course, my husband doesn't know and he paid cash price for a medication that should have only cost a couple of dollars at most had they done their jobs and put my daughter's insurance information in the system. This is one of the worst CVS pharmacies I have ever encountered. Very pitiful that CVS would allow staff to blatantly lie to customers and not do their jobs!!! Never mind that I am a pharmacist; their customer service is absolutely terrible!!!

Can someone please restock and clean up the beauty section? Every brand is cleaned out of everything the past several months I've been here. Very disappointing.

Worst experience in my life trying to find out if a RX was in stock. The RX is in high demand and very hard to find to begin with. Like months of waiting. So it's very very hard to find & very much needed for a family member. Right out of the gate I was told to just send it over by the pharmacist on the line and that he would not be telling me if it was in stock & I was "putting his life in danger" by asking. That him telling me if this CVS had a RX in stock or not would put him in danger. I have Never gotten a response like this from a Walgreens, so I was taken aback. I couldn't understand why this was the case. He didn't even bother to ask what specific RX I was asking about! I had to ask if we could take a step back and me give him the details of what the actual RX was! I explained that I didn't want to move the RX to this pharmacy just to hear it wasn't in stock & wait yet another month, nor have my doctors office go to all that effort if it wasn't in stock. My doc office specifically asked that I find out where it is in stock and they will have RX sent there. He proceeded to tell me it was against the law to have a RX moved and stated that I was willing to NOT inconvenience my doctors office yet I did not care about the safety of him nor his family. What??! He Proceeds to tell me if he had children, if he was married, etc. I asked him to please refrain from those details. When I asked him how and why this would put him in danger he would not give me a good explanation, just that people are drug seeking. I had to call the CVS corporate office to find out that it is purely a CVS policy not to disclose if a certain class of meds were in stock and it was not against the law to move a RX to another pharmacy despite his saying so. Still saying over and over that I didn't care about his safety. Nuts. I will never ever go back. Be warned. This guy is the manager and is not well :( he definitely should not be working with the public. Especially in a pharmacy setting like this. We live in a nice community and neighbors look out for neighbors. I don't want anyone to be treated this way, especially people who are sick or in a vulnerable condition. Very upsetting.

I would barely give this rating. The person working obviously doesn't want to be working. She sends everybody to self checkout. I needed help with CVS carepass and she acted like she really wanted to be bothered. She doesn't even know how it works. Read the screen she said! Nice help.

Despite old reviews that were quite sour, I appreciate how I am kept current on my prescriptions, and when I drove over this morning to pick up some pills, there was no line, and I was through the drive-through in a minute. Well, maybe two minutes. Point being, there are times the drive -thru is choked, and when it is not.

This is the absolute worst CVS and drugstore I have EVER been to. If you're a person of color or have a hat on or have a tattoo or just one at a time as I did, they are guaranteed to literally FOLLOW you around the whole store and WATCH you as you shop without even trying to hide it. They are absolutely the most racist and judgmental store I have ever been in. Went to ask for Tylenol and the little Caucasian woman sat there and stared at me after I said "i will figure out which one, thank you for the help" then I went to look for candy and she VERY CLEARLY followed me all the way to the other side of the store. I Went to checkout and saw her standing not even 5 feet behind me as I did self checkout since she was too busy watching me to do her REAL job and ring people up. I asked if she had real work she should be doing and she unbelievably said "nope this is my job, to watch your type scan your items" absolutely disgusting!! I've lived in anthem for years and never have witnessed such blatant and disrespectful racism and discrimination. You work at CVS in anthem, treat your customers with the respect we deserve. She deserves to be fired immediately for racial profiling, especially since I was with my Caucasian girlfriend.
