Elderly lady fell in the parking lot and hit her head. Bleeding profusely and said she couldn't move. I asked the pharmacy to send out the pharmacist aka a Dr. While we waited for the ambulance. The tech told me that there is nothing they can do and the pharmacist didn't come out. Meanwhile the front store associate was out there helping. Got paper towels and pillow. I am a pharmacist myself but I am retired from the profession. If ever there was a time to come outside and help your own patient now was the time. There were two white coats on duty at the time. Absolutely appalled.

Literally the worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my life. I can never get ahold of a pharmacist or speak to anybody on the phone, they have mixed up my prescriptions in the past and never have them ready when I need them. They are terribly mismanaged and should lose their pharmacy license

Can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone at the pharmacy. They make you leave a voicemail and wait for call back, which is really stupid if you have a simple question and need a quick answer. Considering changing pharmacies to be honest.

It is impossible to navigate their phone system the most you can do is leave a voicemail. One star for horrible customer service!!!

This is seriously the worse pharmacy that you will ever find, do yourself a favor, find a different one. They can never have my daughter’s medication made correctly, or on time.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to they never have my prescription in stock and they have to order it and by the time they get it I have missed a week worth of dosage.

OMG, POOR EXPERIENCE ON 2/28/24
Went to pick up a new prescription, did not know it was an inhaler till I got home. Called the store, lady was rude and said I needed to come back to get instructions, which should have been given to me when I picked it up. When I went back I could not grasp the instructions because the lady was so rude to me, I finally had to have her write them down for me. I needed to know how to use the inhaler so I could instruct my Mom to use it. Which still ended up being difficult for her as she could not press down. WalMart pharmacists are so much better at this. No empathy at this store.

Love this place! It has basic needs; prescriptions, shots, eggs, milk and even printer ink. So convenient & friendly.

I have picked up prescriptions and shopped at this location for the past 2 years! Well no more. After today this store will no longer have my business. Being falsely accused of illegally stealing. Mark and David the managers with out asking me, told me I had stolen their product while using the restroom. Shaken and in disbelief, I called the police on myself! I did not want to be accused of theft! I'm still in shock that with out checking cameras or even asking me, I was just accused. I may not look like an upper middle class person but I spend a lot of money and use my insurance for prescriptions at this store. It was complete discrimination because I had a "full cart" Of stuff. I had my backpack and two jackets. My 2 jackets I was wearing were in the cart. It's raining today and the store was warm. I take the bus. I have to be prepared and carry a backpack. The fact that I'm even explaining this all on yelp is insane. Just know, if an upper class snooty customer accuses you, you will likely be accused with out further being asked or with out getting the facts straight. Good to know they take some customers at their word because obviously mine was value less.

So expensive for most items. You'll be shocked at the sticker prices. I purchased a box of 10 medical grade face masks for $14.79 because the job doesn't provide them. I found the prices to be the same as my jobs overpriced food vending machines. Almost $3 for a pack of mini donuts ?. Energy drinks on sale for $2.50 a can, that's about the same rip-off rate as other stores. So it's hot or miss here, but prices are too steep unless it's the convenience your after and money isn't important.
