This used to be the only pharmacy i went to. After a few years with Walgreens their horrible service sent me back this way. But low and behold they aren't 24 hours anymore. The pharmacy is closed and It's only 8pm. Why is the store open if you can't get your prescriptions. You're supposed to be a pharmacy!!

Rude staff!
Male with bullring nose piercing working at N Valle Verde location in Henderson, NV on 3/16/25 with a nasty rude attitude. My prescription wasn’t ready yet and was blatantly rude and condescending for no reason. Even the customers behind me couldn’t believe he treated me that way. I asked if there was an ETA and he said come back in a few hours and wouldn’t help at all. He then proceeded to try to shoo me away when I decided to wait around for my order to be completed.
Leadership needs to look at staff. If someone is that unhappy in their job, they should quit.
This is not the first time that I have encountered terrible customer service from staff at this CVS pharmacy. I have at least 2 other occasions with different staff members being disrespectful and not helpful. I think I’ll be moving my business to Walgreens because I don’t want to deal with staff with attitude issues when I am sick.

Took over 3 hours to get a prescription that I was previously told would be ready for pickup.
Apparently all CVS stores are the same. 😡

Evedakaya was NOT happy to help. I went in on a Monday morning around 8am. I just needed to add cash to my bank card and this was the location i was given to do that. When I went in the store was empty, only the self checkout was open. I waited a few minutes then Evedakaya walked over and asked if I needed help. I ask him if I could add money to my bank card here and he said “ I can try” I told him I wasn’t sure if I could because a few CVS didn’t do it. His reply was “ yea because it takes us away from other work we have to do” I still thanked him even though he made it clear that he really didn’t want to do it.

The fact I just paid 7.20 for milk is why CVS is a dying store. Got me this time. First time in years. It’s definitely the last time tho.

So I have a high fever but I'm for to wait over 4 hours for medication some pharmacy. I was told by my doctors it should be ready by at least 12pm I got around 2 just in case and still being forced to wait because it's been delayed

CVS prices are absolutely ridiculous - often more than twice as much as in a supermarket. You have to be stupid, lazy or desperate to buy stuff here. Other CVS stores I have been to aren't any better.

Great Customer Service
Heidi went above and beyond
Knowing I needed my diabetes medicine and the prescription was unavailable due to shipping issues .
She listened to my concerns of getting my medications since I was out of them:
She reassured me should could bridge me enough supply to they arrive . Heidi set me at ease and I was able to pick up my bridge .

I just transferred my prescription from another pharmacy to this location and it was a very smooth process. The app also made it so much easier. The employees also helped me update my address. I'm happy to have made this my new pharmacy :)

This pharmacy is the worst. I've had nothing but problems with them EVERY time it seems. Today...I show up to pick up my prescriptions, I guess they close at 6....it was 6:02 and they tell me "sorry our registers shut down at 6. No they don't. We all know they don't. Y'all just didn't wanna spend another 2 minutes getting a type 1 diabetic her prescriptions. I wouldn't be here if I didn't have to be. It sucks that insurance companies literally make you use a specific pharmacy. The customer service at this location is generally horrible, and I've been at this location for about 7 years now.

I stop for a 2 liter of Sprite and where any other store would have 2 liters, there’s 1.25 liter bottles on the shelves priced what 2 liter sodas cost.
CVS agreed to that. CVS corroborated with Coca-Cola to do a disservice to their customers.
And this is CVS in a nutshell. If it isn’t taking every opportunity to price gouge their customers, than it’s their automated check out systems malfunctioning or the employees each having to do the work of 3 people.
CVS is as cheap as they get & have taken any and all humanization out of… health and wellness. Go figure.
I’m going to write complaints every single time I visit a CVS. Top 5 worst companies in America, hands down! RIP OFF CENTRAL and epitome of why corporations SUCK.

I'm dealing with cancer and this CVS is currently holding my pain medication hostage because they haven't got approval from my insurance yet. They also refuse to allow me to cash pay because it's against the rules?! Their manager refuses to call me to fix the situation!! Way to allow a customer you have had for 12 years suffer!!! I will be changing my pharmacy asap.
