First, let me start out by saying the person who helped me today was not the person who was on the phone on 12/5/24 at night. The person who helped me today was sweet and didn't give me any problems. The person answering the phone on 12/5/24 gave me a bunch of problems.
I went to the hospital and the doctor prescribed me medication. I received a notification from CVS informing me that they needed the doctor to provide more information. I called CVS for clarification and the person answering the phone informed me the doctor would have to call them. I called the hospital, the hospital informs me that CVS has to call them first. I call CVS again, and this time the person answering the phone was extremely rude. She accused me of yelling at her when I wasn't at first. I was trying to explain to her what the hospital told me, that CVS has to call first, and she didn't want to hear it. I called the hospital back, and they remained firm. It's like I'm caught in a pissing match between CVS and the hospital over who should call who first. This whole time, I was in intense pain and in desperate need of the medication. The person answering your phone Thursday night clearly has no empathy for patients the way she was getting wound up over some bureaucratic rule she invented. I also looked up the law, and because it was CVS requesting information, CVS has to call the hospital first. I don't know what your Thursday night employee was on, but she needs to get her facts straight.
I finally received my medication this morning, 24 hours after the doctor prescribed it to me. I called the hospital, spoke with a manager, and they agreed that the wait time I was experiencing was far too long. The hospital had to be the bigger person and call CVS to figure out what information CVS was requesting. The Thursday night employee did mention that an electronic request was sent to the hospital, but the hospital claims they never received it.
To conclude, I am not shopping at CVS again. I have family who works at CVS who I want to support, but after this experience, I am taking my pharmaceutical needs elsewhere. I don't need some miserable person who answers the phone making up rules to make my life more difficult. I shouldn't have had to make the hospital call CVS because this person woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Seriously, who died and made her the queen of healthcare? I cannot recommend anyone goes to this place after my experience.
PS, don't get whoever helped me today in trouble. It is the Thursday night employee answering the phone who deserves a serious conversation.

Be really really careful and check all your scripts before you sign and walk away. They dispensed me a script that did not exist from a doctor I don't see anymore and then lied about it to my face. The techs are great but the pharmacist is not and truly does not like her job or care at all. She definitely judged a book by it's cover with me without knowing my actual career background and knowledge. Just wanted to warn people who still use this pharmacy about this matter. Further actions will be taken on my end to ensure this is not going to happen again to someone else.

The pharmacy team always do their best to ensure our medications are ready when we need them. They are always busy, but have a good system in place to keep delivering. Thank you for all you do to get our medicine to us when we need it!

So many workers- I'm afraid it's hard to catch the perpetrators when they decide to change our prescription drugs to make us sicker and die- Like what Marvin Blas conspired in Guam. The Blas are from Maite Guam. I left Guam to excape this horror, now it seems many are coming in that are connected with him. Watch out America.
I saw this before it was going to happen, Noone believed me, he must be connected with higher entities in Guam and Las Vegas-
Who knows where else. So concern for myself and the people. He drugged my drink while working, he admitted, police did nothing.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. They are rude and they only care about your money. My insurance covers me 100% and they ask me to pay a copy, although my insurance pays, the full amount asked me to pay coupe and that is not accepted, when I moved to Walgreens
, they didn't charge me anything and this is the last time I use this pharmacy forever

Worst pharmacy ever. Avoid at all costs. Staff isn't helpful. I've called several times and they are never willing to help or offer suggestions. It's not their problem so they don't care. Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens or another CVS if possible. Customer service is awful.

The clerk was very rude and did not offer any empathy. I went to pick up medication for my husband, who had just literally come out of surgery. I tried calling the CVS location twice on my way to the store to see if the prescription was ready. I was on hold for 6 minutes the first time and for 2 minutes the second time. I hung up the second time as I was almost to the store. When I went to the counter, first, I was the only customer at the counter and no one bothered to come to the counter to greet me. It took several tries to get the attention of one of the staff members. Next, when the clerk came to the counter, I explained that I had tried calling the store but no one was picking up the phone. Instead of saying something like, "Oh, I'm sorry to hear about that," the clerk said in a condescending tone, "Oh, well, you must have dialed the wrong number." I felt very offended at that point but my husband was waiting in the car in excruciating pain so I asked the clerk to just please give me the medication. The clerk said that I needed my ID, which in my panic in thinking about my husband, I had left in the car. After getting my ID and checking on my husband, I checked the CVS number that I called and I confirmed that it was the same number for the location that I was at. When I returned to the counter, I asked the clerk what the phone number was for the store. He could not recall the number off the top of his head and he had to check what it was. When he told me the number I showed him my phone with the same phone number that he mentioned. The clerk then said, "I don't know, we've been answering calls." Again, no empathy for the customer. This clerk needs a serious coaching in customer service skills and needs to learn that instead of being hostile and defensive to the customer they need to demonstrate empathy and understanding.

Horrible service, was in line in the drive thru for over 5 minutes to pick up a prescription. Instead of helping the rest of the customers waiting, they closed up window for lunch. Thanx alot
