Avoid this location. They are understaffed. When we went in, they only had 1 employee working in the entire store. Yet half of their merchandise is behind lock and key, meaning the one poor employee was constantly running from one customer to another to help them. I'd rather drive to the next CVS than return to this one.

Unprofessional and Very Rude staff. I lived at Anthem and been to this store many times. It was Saturday, 8th of February, the elderly women (CVS BICENTENNIAL EMPLOYEE) was lived before in the East Cost (New York) was accusing me of not paying for a candy bar at the self checked out counter. I put a 3 $1 bills in the machine to buy a candy bar but when I left the store with the candy bar she stopped me and she was accusing me of not paying. In the first place there is a CCTV Camera as a proof that I payed in that machine, however machine did not print out a receipt and that was not my fault if machine run out of paper reciept. She accused me of stealing of candy bar and now calling me a liar. I end up to left that candy bar in front of her as well the $3 dollars that I payed In that machine. As i dont want to waste energy to keep on explaining with this mean and ill mannered elderly lady staff at Bicentennial CVS. She jump into conclusions without investigating and judging me and accused me of stealing. This kind of attitude is not acceptable to treat your customers this way. Keeping this kind of employee in this place will ruined the reputation of this company. I will never ever go back to this store again and I will never recommend this place due of extremely bad Customer Service.

Donot Go There!!!!' I went into CVS on 2830 Bicentennial Henderson Nv to pick up my medication the tech GIA was very rude and nasty and Racist..I told her I here to pick up 3 meds she typed in my birthday and said very Nasty you don't have any medication ready I said yess I do I got text messages saying all my meds ready she said the text messages we get about your meds ready is all lies and the texts comes from cooperate.. never heard that before so I'm telling her I need my medication she preceded to yell across the store in front of customers nasty and racist words and say just cause you get messages from CVS pharmacy do not mean we fill them WHAT she saying don't make sense then she say oh the medicine you trying to pick up you have to pay out of pocket but I have insurance I'm telling her she said No you have to get it over the counter I never had to get my meds over the counter or pay my insurance pay for it .. she started yelling saying Racist words I said stop yelling at me and the Pharmacist Kristen Lynch said oh I help you she never did she was rude and also nasty telling me I can't pick up my medicine cause my insurance is not active I said yess it is .. I gave her my insurance card to run it Kristen going to say no that's not going to do no good it's not active GIA the tech stilling yelling and saying racist thing like she wanted to fight me ..I told Kristen you need to get rid of her cause she Nasty Rude and Racist and she wrong and customer is always right Kristen say to me GIA not going any where and she not racist and said cause she my best tech and I was wrong and customers not always right ,so I said please give me my medicine Kristen told me to leave and go find another pharmacy at 5 pm at night I said again please give me my medicine She said leave the store I said ok you denied me my stroke medication and BP medicine and you racially profile me and both of them hella rude so I said just send my medicine to Walmart.. I told them both im contacting cooperate she Kristen Lynch say go ahead they just going to refer the call back to me anyway ...don't go there find a different pharmacy cause those 2 people are very RACIST., I'm taking legal action.. Kristen withheld my medication and lie about giving my services

The customer service at this location is horrendous. The two women that work there, one who I believe is a manager is rude and begrudgingly helps customers. I had to ask twice for her assistance and each time, I was met with curtness and rudeness. The other woman is a hit or miss- I guess it depends on her day. I'm more concerned with the manager- not sure how she was promoted to that level because she is quite rude. It seems as though she hates her job.

I made an online appointment for a flu shot at this location. The process was very easy.
I have extreme anxiety when it comes to needles. Jimmy administered the shot and I didn’t feel a thing! He was so kind and very gentle. Thank you Jimmy!

I had an issue over the past four weeks trying to get in a pack of diapers that I ordered for pick up and was substituted when my kids cannot use other brands of diapers. The front end manager took great care and told me to grab the box off the shelf and bring it to the register when it came in. So I went in today and was second in line at the register. The cashier Rain (not sure how to spell it) insinuated that I was trying to steal the diapers.
She told me that I could go to self check out and I told her I couldn’t because of an issue with an online order and the pampers rewards coupon cannot be done at self check out.
She kept trying to rush me and told me it should work at self check out (it says on the coupon it cannot be and I’ve being doing this since August/september). She then said I could not just take the item off the shelf if it was for an online order. I asked for the supervisor because they were already aware of the problem. She continued to argue with me and did not go get the supervisor.
While still standing in line (did not move) she continued to argue with me and then said that I could not take an item off the shelf and walk out the door. Again, I was not trying to do that. I was in line like I was supposed to be, I did not move, and I stayed in line as I knew self check out wouldn’t work, even though she kept trying to tell me to go to self check out.
Then after all that, finally getting to the register, she could not figure out how to redeem my $30 off pampers rewards coupon. I had to download an additional two $30 coupons (now redeeming $90 from my account) only for the front end supervisor to finally be called over like I asked again, for her to do it correctly. I am now out $60 in rewards because they are now invalidated because she scanned them and couldn’t figure out how to make them work. I would like my $60 back and I will not be going back to this location. I will also be posting a google review and telling everyone in the neighborhood as well so they can take their business to the Albertsons in the same parking lot or somewhere else.

It’s been a year now. Every time I go there for my prescription I need to take deep breath and be ready to be treated horribly. People woke in the pharmacy don’t even look at you and use a tone like I’m wasting their time. EVERY SINGLE TIME!

The service at this pharmacy is very poor. Sometime back, one of the pharmacists made a rude personal comment and they also messed up a prescription transfer from another pharmacy. Recently, my wife had an appointment for a vaccine and we waited 35 minutes before deciding to leave for another appointment. Folks who came after us (one of them was a walk-in) were seen before us.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I’ve lived in Anthem 4 years now and all of a sudden the pharmacy is no longer taking live phone calls. Huh?
You MUST leave a message and wait (days) for someone to get back to you. I just completed a transfer request for all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Won’t be using CVS any longer. Poor customer service.
