Horrible customer service. I’m currently standing in the front office & no one is here. I’ve been ringing the doorbell to get the attention of the staff & after 15 minutes, still no one is answering the call. I have never been to a medical office where the customer service is so bad.

Thank you Shana , she is the dietitian at this site. She's amazingly caring and on point. Very professional and wonderful to talk to. Davita @west warm springs is lucky to have her there.
