Shout out to Kyle who helped me on the phone. Did not make me feel rushed, took the time to answer my questions, and gave solid advice. Kindness goes a long way and everyone could learn that from interactions with Kyle. I took 1 star away as i feel the exchange or return policy should be up for interpretation by management at least. If you can show that the shoes have not been worn and it's just outside the 90 day period, I think an exchange could be validated and some grace would be nice.

Actually closes at 6pm on Sundays Google says 7pm. The redhead girl in the shoe department was not helpful at all and not nice. Customer service is really lacking here.

Would not sell me a Stanley cup with the lid color that was on the cup I picked out because it was the wrong color lid color. It was like that on the shelf. That is not a me problem, it is a dick's sporting goods problem. They would not sell it to me unless I got the proper lid color. So two Stanley sales lost

Last couple time I have went in for cleats and never have any in stock for kids. The staff do not want to assist, just terrible customer service. Very disappointing.
