Go to another ER. This campus is "limited" with what care can be offered. Basic care but would not go here again for a moderate or severe injury.

I use to love St Rose the nurses and Dr were both great. I fell in June June 17th, a crushed the left wrist and thet casted it, the Dr was abosulutly horrible and all the student that were working was awful. I also broke the right one but they didnt even wrap it go figure.the caI tore my shoulder on a sat called my Dr to get in and no luck so I went to hospital my nurse was just amazing the dr was a smug young guy who had the worst bedside manner. What is happening to medical care. I won't be backLisa Darnell

Hospital staff needs more training on how to handle different patient situations. Even though I went to the ER (with medical insurance, Cigna PPO), I was asked to pay $500.00 before I was able to leave due to my insurance being “New coverage”. The insurance I had was through my employer and had an effective date of 9/1/2021 and my date of service at St Rose was 11/2021. I was given Benadryl, Motrin, and fluids during my stay in the ER (all of an hour and a half). I had blood drawn and then was released. It turns out I needed a blood transfusion and the hospital staff said nothing. They let me leave, walk right out that door. Pretty crazy, right? Span forward to today, my insurance has PAID and St. Rose wants to hold onto my money that I SHOULD HAVE NOT had to pay. This is my second time calling for my refund! It’s funny how quick they are to get your money and how slow they are to give it back. What a bunch of thieves. And terrible care at that.

I went by ambulance to the Saint Rose Dominican Hospital yesterday and received the very best care possible. The staff was attentive, kind, professional and friendly. They gave me the treatment and medicine that I needed and I was home just a few hours later. Dr. Beck and RN Kenny were wonderful to me and I feel ever so much better today. Thank you to them and all of the support staff. I recommend the Rose De Lima Campus of the St Rose Dominican Hospital system.

I was in for spinal surgery on jan 16th. At the Warn Spings location. I was treated so well by most of the staff. I do have a few complaints. The nurse in pre-op was very distracted but not by patients by other staff. The anesthesiologist talked very fast and i was not comfortable with her. Then, on the floor, when I called for my nurse (for my scheduled meds 3 times..(i got no meds for 3 hours..no one following surgery should have that long a wait) then to let my nurse i was dressed and ready to go home) the staff answering never passed on any message..4 messages in 5 hours. I also asked the dr on duty about my meds...he did nothing. Thankfully, my nurse was good to check on me. I'm just not impressed

It's unfortunate to say my review is horrible. Almost 1 year ago my father was taken there and received good Care. Not so this time. Let's Rephrase that last comment. The administration part of this journey this time has been beyond horrible. No communication from any staff. I have called 7 times and all 7 times have been told "sorry to busy to talk to you." 1 time I was told " sorry your not point of contact." Which was pretty crazy because the paper that was sent from his memory care facility was a cover sheet with his personal info and his POA which only has my name. When I asked how the point of contact had been switched they had no response Just that it was not me. So I had the memory facility fax over another POA. Funny how all of the sudden they said " oh well your mom was here we call her." My response was ," so you don't follow protocol and look at a POA?. By this time I had been put on hold 5 times and waited 16 minutes before another person got on the phone to tell me again, " sorry everyone's to busy to talk to you." Now I understand it's a very busy hospital but because I have the flu I'm unable to go there and make sure he's doing ok. He's been laying on a gurney for 36 hours in a hallway. He is 84 with Parkinson's & dementia & severe arthritis in his back. Moving forward finally received phone call from his nurse and was able to convey he needed pain meds for his back & legs. He then let me know they want to send him to a rehab facility. Apparently this is already in the works without any consent or approval from me who has POA. Don't ever take No or I'm too busy for a final. Keep calling and be that loud obnoxious person advocating for your loved one. I respect their position I do not respect them treating people as second rate citizens who don't warrant immediate response ( within a reasonable amount of time".) I honestly can honestly say in the past 36 hours I've been put on hold and transferred 32 times. Completely unecceptable.
