Very rude worker in the formal dress section From the beginning she made rude snarky comments to me. She was a taller older lady. My husband was helping me zip up a dress. She raised her voice at him and told him he couldn’t be back there. She proceeded to say “i tried to be polite but you didn’t take the hint”.

Very nice store. Women's clothing in a variety of prices and styles. Sales staff are very nice and helpful. It's the only store at the Galleria thats worth going to anymore.

If you are plus size forget about this location. It’s terrible and clothing only for really elderly without disrespecting anyone . You have to make the drive to another dillards

How can you be racist towards your own people?
That's what I want answered by the manager who defended an employee in the wrong. She has scammed me and my friend on two different occasions. She says they are “out” of perfumes to give you the display so you CANT return it even with the reciept. That’s unacceptable. Back to the manager who insulted me and made me feel so discriminated. Then he called me homophobic for defending myself. I am actually a part of the community so this is just outrageous. I will be bringing this to any higher ups I can and taking my business somewhere else. I loved buying from here every Christmas or birthday even Valentine’s Day but that’s over now. If your okay with racism and reflected homophobia come to dillards!

I was in the men's fragrance area. I was attended by Natalie. Let me tell you about this young lady. She was so patient with me and kind. She went out of her way to help me. I had such a good time with her. I hope someone from Dillard's reads this and celebrates this young woman's skill at this work she does.

Great Customer Service!!!! But customers have too take responsibility too. Seating with my wife. Lady tells Sales person that they forgot a Free gift….. wow really. Your the customer you didn’t give the salesperson the free gift slip. So the salesperson didn’t Forget Anything!!!!!

I recently had the most phenomenal experience at Dillard's in the Galleria Mall, and I just have to share! I came in for a proper bra fitting, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like a VIP.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, and I was promptly greeted by a specialist who truly knew her craft. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process.
When I walked in, I was wearing a completely improper bra size. I had no idea how much of a difference a proper fitting could make! The fitting itself was a revelation. The specialist's expertise was evident as she meticulously measured and recommended bras that not only fit perfectly but also provided unparalleled comfort and support. It was as if I had been wearing the wrong size all my life!
What really stood out was the personalized attention and care. The specialist offered insightful advice on styles that would best suit my body type and lifestyle, and I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. Instead, I felt empowered with knowledge and confident in my choices.
The selection at Dillard's is extensive and top-notch. I found several bras that not only fit like a dream but also looked beautiful. The quality of the products is exceptional, and I left the store feeling more comfortable and fully supported, both in my new bra and in the outstanding customer support I received.
I cannot recommend Dillard's at the Galleria Mall highly enough for anyone in need of a proper bra fitting. The exceptional service, expert advice, and overall experience were truly outstanding. I will definitely be returning and will be recommending this location to all my friends and family!

Deborah will bag the wrong sized clothes, despite having hand picked them for you. Mike the manager will make it feel like they’re being benevolent for allowing you to return items due to their mistakes. Overall, insanely incompetent staff. Watch out for them pressuring you into their store credit card too!
