They have day offices and meeting rooms, which are perfectly equipped with all amenities including a kitchen, at fair and affordable prices. The location is safe and offers 24-hour entry for tenants.
Receptionist was very friendly! I needed a restroom and they were the only ones that let me use theirs. I been at the fingerprinting place over 2 hours. They refused to let us go to the restroom. I am grateful for premier.

Great staff, very helpful and the place is near to major freeways and various business. Clean inside and spaciuos and open or cover parking spaces, also fair office rental prices. They also have day office and Meeting rooms at affordable prices. Safe and 24 hours entry for their tenants.

We rented the large conference room and it was perfectly equipped for our meeting with 12 people. All the amenities including a kitchen. Easy parking, nicely decorated. Would use the space again!
