A Dollar Store Experience to Remember (Unfortunately).
visited your store today and honestly felt like I’d walked into a free-for-all circus. The shelves were a mess, merchandise was all over the place, and there was no sense of order.
The main employee on the floor was pacing around, yelling at customers in an aggressive, almost manic way. She looked and acted like the Crypt Keeper — gaunt, no teeth, and snapping at people like a rabid animal. It was so hostile and unprofessional that it made shopping impossible.
If this is the kind of “customer experience” your company thinks is acceptable, it’s no wonder people avoid this location. I suggest corporate address this immediately, because it’s driving business away.

I have literally bragged about how pleasant this store was until tonight when I arrived 12mins prior to closing and instead of being let in the store I was waved off by an older employee through the door ( I could not understand what she was trying to say) who couldn’t give me the common courtesy of speaking to me then when I recorded them checking out an older Caucasian gentleman almost 10 mins after me waiting outside I was then aggressively approached by an older red-headed employee being told that “ she would sue me for recording and taking a picture of her and the 1800 corporate number on the door the proceeds to rush close to me to threaten me while saying corporate will not do anything. Very unfortunate and RACIST situation I did not expect when I only needed band-aids.

The service is amazing. After we get out of school we can go to the dollar general with no repercussions and all we need to do is put our backpacks down near the door.

Whoever the older man with glasses is needs to be fired. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to help is distrusting. I door dash and I think this is a common issues but my order kept getting declined and he was not even trying to help at all. He barely wanted to let me take a picture of the voided receipt. I will never understand people that work in costumer service and give everything BUT THAT. Lol

Thanks to them they made me look good reminded me of what customer service is suppose to be....THANK YOU AGAIN LADIES!!! GIVE THEM A RAISE AND PAID DAY OFF!!

I put an order in at 11:50 am today. Ive had 10 courier/drivers today, because Dollar General keeps rejecting my orders for delivery with no explanations. Its 7:07 pm now. And I still do not have my order. I feel stupid because I gave them a good review & referred them to someone. I just dont understand how they didnt reject my orders for 5 mons. But now, theyve rejected them all day...WHY??? They even cancelled one order. This is a BBB report. Im so surprised & disappointed.

This store actually has really bad customer service but Shannon is AMAZING!!! If it weren't for Shannon, I would rate this location one (1) star!! Thank you Shannon for being so patient and professional, AT ALL TIMES!!!

They got all these cameras in here, but two days ago my son put his tablet down and someone stole it. I went yesterday morning to check up on if it was found or if they can maybe check the 100 cameras they have in the store and the lady working was so rude lol. i stood there for 5 minutes while she just stared at me and finally said “ you need help or” i explained the situation and she didn’t even look 😂 i know i had to take a loss but it would’ve been nice if the store would’ve bothered to help a bit!!

Old lady was very rude. I went in there for sale stuff and she ran back to the aisle I was going to and was like none of it’s for sale. And had tons of not 4 sale signs. It’s on the floor why is it not for sale. Anyways she just gave moody vibes.

Wanted to thank the older lady for helping out my mom and I with the coupon even when my mom stresses out with electronics and apps enough as it is we wanted to thank her alot with that help God bless her thank you dollar general 😊
