Went to shop and boxes in every isle. The worst part of all that merchandise sitting there is no one was working it to stock it. The manager was barking orders to an older gentleman while looking at the long line with one cashier. I put my stuff down and left.
Manager needs to be better trained or replaced or hire help.

Online hours say opens at 8am but the store doesn't open until 9am.

Half the store was empty. It seems like they are closing. It had a creepy atmosphere. At least i got some cheap coffee cups

I use to love this store. Now it is filthy, stuff in piles on the shelves, things just thrown all over. The store is an absolute disaster. Go to another location.

I love the dollar tree store, but the Dollar Tree Store in Henderson on Stephanie Street was horrifying. The cashier ( Linda) had blood on her arm and decides to wipe her blood with my drink and then placed it in my bag. What made it more horrifying was that she didn’t even stop to sanitize her hands or put gloves on. She continued to ring up all my products. I really had to bite my tongue on this. Did no one teach them on how it is very unsanitary and how you could pass on diseases or viruses through bodily fluids. This was a very disturbing and disgusting experience I had and will probably not come back again. I had to go home and put gloves on and wipe every single product down with Clorox wipes and discard everything else. Unfortunately there’s no way of giving a negative rate for the stars.

They need to hire more people and clean up the store. There are other Dollar Treees that are spotless and stocked well

Half the items I needed are very seldom in stock!! But the worst is the people, especially the Manager!! She was very Rude and only 2 check out people, so they were lines all the way down the isles and it took almost a hour to get to the register!! And when I did I was told that I could only buy 2 of the item, and I need 10 of them!!! It costs me 20 bucks to get a ride down there and then I can't get what I need!!! They need to be FIRED and then get some people that are helpful, not Rude!!!

Wow, I’m impressed by the variety on the eve of Christmas Eve! They were fully stocked of gift wrapping, gift bags, gift tags, gift boxes. I had travelled to stores around the area to find different sizes of gift bags and this was the only store opened with a variety of sizes and colors!

Nice staff, affordable items, they are nice to my 84 year old mom. Mom, loves to greet and be greeted by employee, "Sylvia". Sylvia is very nicevto us.

I'm giving a three. Good little store for odds and ends, but customer service is a mixed bag. Some cashiers are chill, others seem to hate the job and act indifferent, which is what I got when I was being nice.
