The level of aggression from some of the employees is unmatched. Imagine being so aggressive and rude to customers who technically provide your salary.

My friend accidentally left her phone and we called to ask if they had found a phone or if someone brought one up, and they said, in a sassy tone, “No, but you can come look for it yourself.” Like thanks a lot, I guess. Store lowkey stunk a lil and the product isn’t as good as it used to be.

Okay, the Green Valley & Sunset WAS my favorite Dollar Tree until a weird employee/manager followed me around the store today. It sucks that now I may have to go to another location because I'm being profiled. I LIVE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD! My family is always there! She must be new. I already put up with long lines and slow cashiers at this location, now this. BRING BACK 99 CENTS STORES :( Better products,food, and customer service!

worst dollar tree everrrrrr not sure how they have 4 stars. Employees are rude and unprofessional. Store is ALWAYS A MESS and when you ask for an item lady said she couldn’t move the boxes. What’s the point of being open if the isles are blocked with inventory.

The sales associate at this location named Dawn needs to be fired. Me, my wife, and my daughter were at line cashing out. There was a white lady in front whom she was very polite to. When me and my family went up here whole attitude changed. First me and my wife told this lady that my daughter wanted 3 balloons which they have to get them themselves. We told her like 10 times and she just ignored us. She tried to charge me $5 extra and the total kept going up, so I told her she's charging me an extra $5 and she just ignored me. Me, my wife, and my daughter were followed by another sales person which I'm guessing is the manager throughout the store so why we were paying for our stuff he stood there and watched like we were going to run out the store with the stuff. He saw what the other sales person named Dawn had done so after a few choice of words he had her count her draw but before he did that he actually went in the back to see if my money was real. The lady didn't want to count her draw so he had to basically and then told her she owed me $5. As I said in the beginning I was trying to purchase 3 balloons also for my daughter but the sales person Dawn didn't want to ring it up so I just told my daughter she couldn't have it. The manager said a smart remark but I left it at that. I wanted to just leave the stuff but my wife insisted on keeping them. I am a black man and so believe that I was racially targeted and treated throughout my time in this store. Even though I know nothing will happen to them I thought I would share just in case it happens to anyone else going to this location. Me and my wife do believe that the sales associate named Dawn was high on drugs because she couldn't count the money I gave her which was $146 and she kept nodding off. She needs to be tested for drugs and fired on the spot. I will never shop at this location nor Dollar tree again. It is clear to see that my black dollars are not wanted!! Take caution when going to this store because if you are a minority you are more than likely to be followed throughout the store and disrespected by sales people who don't even want to work!!

Much like any dollar store... The only problem (and I'm sure that I'm not alone here) is when you go in, there's a long line at the register. When you are ready to check out, there's a line of 10 people in front of you and only one register open.

Usually a wonderful Dollar tree. Lots of variety and well stocked. I went there on June 4th 2024 and they had just closed down for a 2-week renovation.

Manager was mumbling at me when I was trying to find some thing at end of the aisle with boxes in the way. "CANT SHE GO AROUND ANOTHER AISLE." I have other experiences with the same lady making negative comments. If you don't have anything nice or helpful to say, best to not say anything at all. You are there to help customers, not start fights. I didn't respond to her and quickly left the store. The dollar tree on Eastern and Wigwam is way better and friendlier

The service sucks here. My cashier looked so pissed she was at work and she was rude to ppl who left their green hand baskets in the stack near to her work space. Another person paid cash and she kept complaining she didn’t have change. It’s Christmas, the lines are long. There is no gift wrapping items so many ppl left. But many had to endure her horrible attitude.

If your looking to get into a bad mood come & visit this dollar tree.I I was shopping here tonight on 3/7/2024 in the 7p.m. hour.I was in a good mood but left in a bad one because of a miserable cashier that had checked me out that evening.I had come in to buy the last of my easter supplies,& had a cartful by the time i arrived at checkout.The lady at the register,an older,black woman with glasses looked so angry & miserable to have to actually (gasp)!do her job.She didn't greet me when i greeted her,& just looked like she wanted to die the whole time she scanned the items.I get it,being a cashier sucks,I've done the job so i know,& i truly empathsize with their pain.I asked is she was the only cashier,she said yes,& i tried to lighten the mood but saying she needed some back up sweetie.To that she replied,"not really".I even put my own cart back so that it lightened her work load,no thank you or acknowledgement of any kind.Also a stocker kid with a limp followed me as I shopped.I guess they thought I was stealing.I've shopped here for years but tonight was the last straw.Since dollar tree has increased their prices there's no reason for them to keep hiring scummy bottom of the barrel associates that cause customers to write reviews like this.Do better dollar tree!

They had SEVERAL clerks stocking shelves today.
They REALLY organized the store and it's really easy to gind items.
