Came in today exchanging shoes that I got for Christmas for shoes that I would order and ship to my house. Instead of doing the exchange the guy at the register refunded the shoes to the card of the person that got me them for Christmas which is NOT what I wanted to do. And then I ended having to pay for the shoes that I was ordering instead of just having a clean exchange. Extremely frustrating and extremely inconvenient. Only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because Chris the store manager was very nice and very apologetic for a mistake that wasn’t even hers and even gave me a large discount on the shoes I was ordering.

Good customer service but this store is an unhealthy level of dirty. The carpet is disgusting. Most of the shoes are black on the bottom and already have a bit of dirt on the shoe like they have been worn. When I found a good shoe, as soon as it touched the ground for just enough time to try it on, it was black and dirty. I've never had that happen in a shoe store. Completely replace the carpet in the store. It is a health hazard and clearly is never cleaned.

This is the second time now I've come and they are already closed. Drove all the way here on a Wednesday. Website says they close at 8pm. 7:15 already closed

I shopped online before going to the store. They ended up either not having the shoes in stock or didn’t have my size to try on. I was able to try on a few choices in an attempt to see what size I should order on line. A positive is that once I get the shoes, if they do not fit or are not comfortable, I can return them to the store.

Shoe selection for men’s dress shoes was very limited. I hadn’t been there in a few years, but things have changed. Also, it’s hard to get help within the store. Sales people are nonexistent.

I’m extremely happy I came here today, looking to replace my Teva sandals. They had the biggest variety of Teva sandals I’ve seen in any store, I was a kid in a candy store. Colors and size options of each kind. I almost got two pairs I couldn’t choose, ended up getting the verra sandals. The employees were so nice and helpful, when I called ahead of time the went searching for my tevas before I made the choice to get an Uber out. Nordstrom would not help me in that manner. First time shopping at a DSW, and I will be back because of a great experience today.

TERRIBLE Customer Service. My friend bought 3 pairs of shows and when she went to pay for them, they told her that they don't give out bags anymore, she would have to carry the boxes out herself. But, they did offer to sell her a DSW plastic bag. Then my wife tried to purchase a pair of shows, but when she got to the counter, they realized the box had 2 different size shoes in it. The cashier, instead of getting a person to get her the correct shoes, told her to go find them herself. My wife looked at her and said "Nevermind, I won't get them" the cashier said " No Big Deal" and went about doing nothing. If this is the kind of customer service you condone, we wont be back.

Good selection of designer shoes. Prices Slightly off retail, but has a good loyalty plan which can provide good discounts after your first purchase.

If I could give no stars
Drove here two nights in a row
Store hours says closed at 8 pm
Doors are locked 10 min early
I had been here earlier I Know the shoes and size had them picked out. Just wanted to get them and pay and I told them that.
they continued to say the store was closed will not help customers
