Place is always clean, they have a ton of cable machines and lat pull-down machines, and squat racks. Only three flat benches but still seems to work. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Classes are good. I call it my in and out gym. Warning: Don’t leave your belongings anywhere even for a minute.

This gym is a hidden gem(no pun intended) location is perfect close to freeway and has plenty of parking. The gym is in great condition and the staff are eager to please and very knowledgeable.
