Unfortunately our fruits were completely molded within 24 hours of collection. We had contacted customer service within this timeframe to let them know and they said they would issue a replacement two days later as they were busy. We waited around all day for no delivery to show up. When contacted again they said they couldn’t issue a refund or replacement even though the fruits had been reported spoiled within 24 hours. We had to fight to get a 50% refund for fruit we couldn’t even eat so I wouldn’t trust their “happiness guarantee.” I loved edible arrangements and would’ve just been happy with the late replacement but we’ll probably need to try a local business instead in the future because these prices keep climbing and the quality keeps dropping. :(

Carter was a real nice guy. They had a promotional for a free strawberry cup and when we gave him our promo, it wasn't working. Instead of sending us away, he contacted customer support without our request and got the issue corrected. Definitely a star employee for the patience initiative.

Carter is an amazing employee i came in with coupons and the coupons wasn't working but he went of his way to help and called customer service and was able to let it work thank u so much my 5 kids are happy

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and strawberries for a family members birthday. When it was delivered, half of the flowers were wilted. I contacted the store where the rudest clerk yelled at me and when I asked her name she hung up.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering an arrangement from Edible Arrangements, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch, and the arrangement was beautifully put together and delivered with care.

Their attention to detail and commitment to making sure my order was handled with the utmost care made all the difference. Decided to try them but I ordered online as one would, the pickup time was 12pm. By 11:40am the order wasn't started and so I cancelled through the web interface. There was no phone call or email or text message. They just charged me anyway. Called an hour before store close and had no idea I tried to cancel. Seems like the website service is severely broken. Domino's Pizza has better service

This place doesn’t call the intended receipt prior to delivery date to ensure they’re home. Then they request a re-delivery fee to try deliver again at a later date/time. If this is the case, then make that apparent on the website prior to placing the order. Also I didn’t like how they handled this issue. Probably won’t go back or wouldn’t recommend

This company has their custom service together...
I can't say I worked with an employee at this location as I ordered online from another state for my wife's birthday....
I planned to surprise her at work and have It delivered, but then found out last minute she called into work....
So I had to get online and change the delivery address...and the online agent....made it happen.
It was delivered to the new address at last minute notice and looked EXACTLY like the photo online...
I wish I could find the people that made and prepared the bouquet, and the delivery driver...
Tips need to be given!
This company nailed it for my wife's birthday.
I will be using again for sure!!!!

Miguel was amazing!! He waited outside my Moms house when she didn’t answer the door! Called me and then took the arrangement to a neighbors house for me so she could pick it up when she got home!!His patience and thoughtfulness made our special Day work out Perfectly!! So happy.Eddible arrangements on Stephanie st, Henderson NV! Highly recommend!!

Amazing Customer Service! I needed to expedite delivery as a result of an unexpected life event and called the store to request so. They immediately accommodated me, was empathetic, kind and professional. This is my new EA location as long as I’m in Nevada.

Received a gift basket gift that was incredible & super fresh! Ordered a gift of flowers and small edible arrangement shortly afterwards for a visiting family member but the flowers were somewhat wilted already upon arrival (only reason for not giving a 5 star review). Could use improvement but otherwise a solid offering & makes for a lovely gift.
