Miguel was amazing!! He waited outside my Moms house when she didn’t answer the door! Called me and then took the arrangement to a neighbors house for me so she could pick it up when she got home!!His patience and thoughtfulness made our special Day work out Perfectly!! Amazing Customer Service! I needed to expedite delivery as a result of an unexpected life event and called the store to request so. They immediately accommodated me, was empathetic, kind and professional. This is my new EA location as long as I’m in Nevada.

Received a gift basket gift that was incredible & super fresh! Ordered a gift of flowers and small edible arrangement shortly afterwards for a visiting family member but the flowers were somewhat wilted already upon arrival (only reason for not giving a 5 star review). Could use improvement but otherwise a solid offering & makes for a lovely gift.

Went to the Stephanie location at about 1:30 on a Friday to see if they could make and deliver the Indulgence Platter to a location down the road from them after 4pm that night. They were friendly and helpful and the delivery was made at 4:10ish and looked delicious.

This place is not worth the money. I have been to other edible places that are amazing, not this one. Paid over $200 and picked up flowers and fruit today. The flowers are wilted and horrible. The florist should be ashamed I get better flowers at the grocery store. No pride on their work. Also the entire tray of choc dipped strawberries were not ripe or edible. Please don’t waste your money here! When I called to complain the team members didn’t even try to make it right. Hopefully they will go out of business soon so no one else has to waste their money in the place.

Horrible customer service.Went to pick up a gift from my son due to not being home the day they tried to deliver to me. The store called me on Sunday and I told them I was in another state flying back on Monday. I asked if they could redeliver on Monday after 2. I was told no due to a heavy delivery schedule and given and address to come pick it up. I was told it would be placed in the refrigerator for me to pick up at 1:30. I arrive and the manager could not find my gift. Said he needs to make it, wait 55 minutes or come back later. I said no, Can you just redeliver it to me tomorrow? He ran in the back of the store ran back to front of store and said 15 minutes. I said no, Can you just redeliver to me tomorrow. I just came straight from the airport and I need to get home. He said five minutes. I started to get annoyed and said I was doing them the favor of coming in to pick it up. My son paid for delivery. He interrupted me and the more he kept talking over me the more I was getting mad. I asked three times for him to stop interrupting me. He was so rude. Told me to stop talking down to him when I was not talking down to him. How could I even talk down to him when he kept interrupting me? I was telling him some facts about the order. He started making up a lie in one of his interruptions about my order wasn't supposed to even be delivered until today. Yet there was no order waiting. Lying to the customer will lead to angering a customer more, so due to having cake all over his face from knowing he was wrong and would not be able to bully me into waiting He shouted , I'm cancelling the order. My mother's day gift from my son to me. I told him he was a horrible horrible horrible person. So....he's a manager and he should be able to handle a customer being upset and dealing with it appropriately, but now a days Customers are never right anymore. I've called corporate office in Connecticut and in made an official complaint on the store. I don't care if you're having a good day or a bad day, you don't treat customers like crap! When a customers speaking you listen then speak.

**UPDATED**The owner Cameron personally called me yesterday and apologized to me for the poor service by Hector. He offered a complimentary order for the same recipient and he was so sensitive and thorough with the details. It just got delivered and we are so in love with it. The cakes are presented beautifully and taste delicious, the plushy is so cute and perfect size for desk decor, he delivered it on time. Cameron made it and delivered himself. 10000/10 I love Cameron and will totally order from here in the future IF it’s thru cameron or another rep but not thru Hector, he still needs to be evaluated. Thank you so much for this again.***original***You spend so much for them to get it wrong for Valentines Day. I spent $99 for 12 chocolate covered strawberries and a plushy of 2 sloths hugging each other. I had to change the address at the start of the day, he had interrupted me while trying to give him the information that it was a business, he told me I’d get a notification for the address change but I didn’t so I had to call again to confirm so I was left with worrying about it for half the day. Thankfully enough they did deliver it to the right place…. But then they didn’t give my recipient their stuffed animal, the strawberries were not fully dipped in chocolate, I asked for a refund on missing plushy and they gave it. This is too overpriced and special of a holiday to get messed with and rushed! I know it’s high volume with it being a holiday but slow down, you messed up an order and now have this review. I don’t mind spending money if it’s good service but this wasn’t. Go somewhere else.

Tried to send a basket to a friend but was told they can’t remove the fruit she has allergies to. They would have only had to replace strawberries for any other fruit. Disappointed.

I was supremely satisfied with the service as well as the quality of the product. I had a small issue with my order and the manager, Hector, was cheerful, responsive and professional . I recommend utilizing the add on feature as it is affordable and a great touch. The cookies are sublime

Received an arrangement from a client today and was extremely pleased with the bouquet. The fruit was all ripe, sweet, and tasty, the arrangement looked great, and our overall experience was fantastic. Keep up the great work!
