So I was trying to save some money. My car was due for its 60k service. Subaru quoted me $1,251.00, I should've just went there. Anyways, when calling Elite Automotive, Mark seemed very candid and eager to help, so we came here. Dropped the car off around 10am and never received a call from Mark. We actually called after 4 hours (around 2pm) and we were told they were still looking at it. We just decide to leave and head to EA and finally we received a call from Mark. He says the estimate is $1,481.00. Just to get my car inspected by them was $180.00. After getting to the office and looking at everything, parts came to about $373.00, while labor was $1,027.00 approximately. I knew then I should have just went to Subaru. I said that out loud and the receptionist and Mark heard. Mark actually said they were nowhere near as pricey as Subaru (even the receptionist shook her head in agreement). The price for everything with Subaru came to $1,050.00 - I had a coupon and they helped me out by removing services I didn't need. I really regret ever taking my car to Elite Automotive). I'll be sticking with Subaru. Thanks.____________________________________The reply below is not correct. The paperwork I have from both EA and Subaru reflect this fact. Again, the dealership did way more and for less. At the end of the day there was a difference in total and I wasn't overcharged. The customer service at Subaru was also quite superior, they really helped me. To be clear, I didn't suggest services I didn't need be removed, my service manager did that for me. EA did no such thing. But makes sense why they'd dispute what I'm saying.

Two other places told me I needed some super expensive repairs, I brought my car to elite to get a third opinion. They saved me a lot of money. It was a simple reset and sensor replacement. My car runs great and I can still pay my bills

Highly recommend! They went above and beyond my expectations. Not a single garage in the area could get me my part but Rob went out of his way to get me the right part! My go to garage from here on out! Excellent service and very friendly crew! 10/10 recommend!

This is the worst ship I have ever dealt with. They do not follow up with you on anything. They leave you in the dark. I dropped my vehicle off with them on a Friday morning the first time for a check engine light. They didn't call me all day to inform me of what was going on with my truck. I called them Friday afternoon and they told me they were still looking at it and would follow up with me in a few minutes. They never did. I called them just before closing to get some information. They told me they were still working on it and would need to keep it through the weekend. They still never called me to let me know what was going on with my truck all day Monday. They ended up telling me there was a leak in my gas cap and charged me $40 to replace it along with the diagnostic fee, that they say goes towed the repairs (lies) and the labor fees. The check engine light came back on two weeks later for the same issue. I took it to another shop to have it diagnosed to see what was going on. They informed me it was the same issue I had previously. I took it back to this shop to have them fix the problem again. They ended up charging me for another diagnosis fee and tried getting me to pay for them to drop my fuel tank to look at the fuel pump. Needless to say I will never go to this shop again. They are the shadiest company I have dealt with so far. I would recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere!

Brought my 05 chevy Silverado to elite . Truck quite running on freeway had it towed in. Elite advised that truck needed new batteries and altenater. ($ 1050),said that they also bled air from fuel system. Truck quite running on freeway 1. 1/2 hour. Truck had plenty of battery power when brought to Elite. Turns out fuel primer pump is a known problem with duramax lly. ELITE is clueless about these Diesels shouldn't be working on them. The young man (boy) who apparently just bought this previously established shop refuses to admit he did anything wrong..Has no problem with sending you down the road in unsafe vehicle.BE WARNED. Hopefully he will be out of business be for someone gets hurt or worse.

If you're going to bring any vehicle here make sure you know what you're doing and have a little knowledge of automotive repairs otherwise these guys are really going to try to ream you. Had a high top cargo van we use for work window wasn't working bought the assembly ourselves to install mounted it correctly but for some reason plug was not getting any power to the motor. After two days of calling giving us the run-around thing they haven't looked at it yet the guy finally stated we installed it wrong burnt out the motor and it was going to cost $1,800 to fix it because they could only find the part at the dealership. Breakdown was $1200 for part $600 to install.I should have taken it to my buddys shop to begin with. Cause these guys were full of sht my guy repaired the plug because 1 pin wasn't making connection with the power wire. Was done almost immediately and only charged the shop minimum diagnostic fee. ($100) works perfectly. Can provide the estimate given from elite and the repair bill from my buddies shop since as the owner you seem to claim everyone is lying about your place.

They promised one thing and didn't follow it. Here's how it went. Go in for a quote with specific details on what needs to be fixed bc I'm a whole technician myself. They first ask me the question "did you bring set parts for my vehicle issues?" These items i purchased under my hard earned money, time and investigation for. If i came in to replace a part and not a diagnostic test then that should be my issue. Because that cost more than what I asked for. If i go this route I'm exempt off their list to be warranted for replacing set parts, which is ok if you're insured. Well my situation was that i needed my vehicle fixed as soon as possible bc i needed to go to work, uber is expensive nowadays plus not reliable when it comes down to ordering for commuting. So I chose to walk there n back. Before placing my car in their care they insured me that if i brought it in the morning bright and early by 8am, that I basically became first come first served ordeal and will get a follow up call in the afternoon for all requests to be finished by the end of the day. I had to call them an hr before closing to even hear an apology for no update whatsoever but after being put on the back burner after I called to just get a clear estimate on if i was receiving my car that night or not with the idea that they must've been working hard on the car. Come to find out the following week of Monday that they closed on weekends, so everything that i had set fourth got canceled n lost one of my jobs bc of the setback (not entirely on them s*** just happened to where things needed to be attended to before i got on the road). If it wasn't for the fact that i needed some parts to fix my car myself I wouldn't have looked for their assistance. On top of my wait though, not only did I get disappointed with the communication, the information disclosure was equally unsatisfying. Found that they didn't even start on my car i was supposedly next, like the last time. So picked up my vehicle bought some tools n started working on it myself. Other than that , great family. Personality wise I'd do business with them if I'm not in need of the vehicle they gotta work on. If I am though, I personally wouldn't put my cards on the table bc of their consistency of not living up to their word. Other than that, great establishment.

"BEWARE OF ELITE AUTOMOTIVE" I run a small box truck business. Searched around for a shop that could get me back on the road quickly. Did research on Yelp and seen Elite had mix reviews but mostly good. My diesel truck was spilling coolant and running hot. Wanted to do preventative maintenance before it became a big problem. Had a moble mechanic put in a thermostat and it started over heating. Took the truck to a "diesel specialist" so I thought. Paid over 200.00$ for the truck to be diagnosed. Elite stated "they found the problem". The thermostat housing, turbo fan and a steel hose. Kept the truck for 13 days over 2000.00 dollars and truck is in worse condition when returned. They gave me a new quote to possibly find out what's wrong for 10,000.00 and don't know if that will fix it. You don't take time out to write two paragraphs when your a satisfied customer. Under my review they are going to make excuses for having no integrity!!
