Pilots Beware!!!! They are not on site and drive down from another location! Do not rent from here unless want to wait around. They will do the minimum necessary and will do it with a what you going to do about it attitude! Budget and Hertz have personal on site.

Had confirmation number for a rental and called to confirmed. Arrived and was turned away to go to another location. Branch Manager was too busy to provide assistance.

Always go through enterprise and never had a problem till today. Staff was very rude. Just a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend at all. Walked out with no car at the end.

I return My Rental car after Hours, Since they have a drop box there, But honestly, I see few customer from Enterprise Drooping keys in the Avis Drop Box, Since the enterprise box is little bit hide, Hard to see. Honestly they need to do something about that, come with a better plan to avoid this issues, since the Avis Drop Box is by the Enterprise Space

I had heard about the Henderson Executive Airport location and how awesome the staff was so we decided to reserve an SUV from that location.Best decision ever - Rock is awesome and I just got done making another reservation with him. Amazing experience!

I don’t know where to start from, my insurance company made a reservation for rental at this location, got an Uber to get there showed my reservation and the representative at the booth says they only accept club members here at this location in a very rude way, then he tell me to go to another location and gives me an address so I take an Uber to that address and into my surprise it is not an Enterprise , it’s another car rental company , now I have to search and find another location myself. I can not imagine how inconsiderate and incompetent some people can be.I just wanted to bring it to attention of management system to fix these problems.

Made a reservation a week previous to pick up. Call confirmed day before. Arrived as soon as doors open. Was told to have a seat while my car was finished being cleaned and brought around. 15 min later, I was told my car was "accidentally" rented from another facility. Very confused as I thought it was already there and was being cleaned. Was offered a sedan replacement at the same SUV price. Wouldnt work for us and our road trip, too small. So waited another 20 min for the associate to talk to his manager to see what they can do. He came back and said it was figured out. Rented us another SUV.....but up the price without saying a word. Only reason I found out is because I compared my reservation price to actual price paid. Very dissapointed. Am a long time enterprise customer, over 10 years of annual rentals for our trips. Will be taking my business to a competitor our next trip.

Initially I was about to give this place a one star review I had Made a reservation online prior to picking up my vehicle thinking I'd just walk in and everything would be quick and simple. I waited with no employee around the desk for a good 15 minutes. Only to realize the poor gal at the desk was left by herself & had to take care of the front desk as well as cleaning/sanitizing the vehicles. It really wasn't her fault. I'm glad I wasn't being a Karen & gone off on her thankfully.
