Free samples and a free short tour where you can view the production line. There is a large gift shop where you can build your own box of bon bons. The coffee shop was reasonably priced for drinks, but pastries are expensive. It is very easy to get in and out of here for a quick treat.

This place was cool. I loved the cactus garden and spent much time just wandering around looking at the plants. The inside wasn't as much as I expected, but you could see the operations which my kid loved. The gift shop had an extensive selection. Prices weren't too bad either for the times we live in.

Have experienced the California hotel location. There chocolates are incredible. Love the liquor flavors. Rich and creamy. Dark chocolate is my favorite. Not overly expensive . Staff at this store are very knowledgeable about their products. Extremely helpful and friendly. Awesome people. Check out this location and enjoy.

Ordered a custom box online ,where you can pick what size and the chocolates. Got a free chocolate bar with purchase over $60. They can't ship the liquor filled chocolates to some because of state laws. When shopping online use the code to get some money off. The chocolates are heavenly, every year when I travel to las vegas always pick up a box of the liquor filled, which didn't last long. The box is shipped with a cooler bag,so they dont melt. When I go next year, I will take the tour. When you want the very best, give them a try. You get a tracking number on point shipping.

Who doesn't like chocolate? This is an internationally known choclatier. Self guided tour. Free. ADA compliant. Clean restrooms. Free WiFi. Skating rink in season. Helpful associates. Great descriptions in the gardens. Enjoy.

Nicely done showroom, unfortunately only a very small area of production was running. The ambience is classy and the chocolate is very expensive.

Had family visiting was told by a woman handing out samples at a Casino about the chocolate factory tour. Was a total freaking disappointment. That part of the building must have had the day off. We all thought it would have been awesome to see how chocolate is actually made. Well that certainly didn't happen. The Botanical Garden was amazing that is the only redeeming thing for the trip out there

The chocolate tasting was basically watching some company history advertising plus rushed tasting 4 chocolate pieces, all of them are too sweet for my liking. The pricing is very designer high end, but the taste is not.
