Excellent experience and customer service. Only issues are the company no longer allows you to lock in a rate for more than 6 months. The customer behind us is taking up part of our space , luckily our trailer fits.

This place is top-notch because of Patrick! If you need a storage unit please go to Stephanie PL location and please ask for Patrick, he is very helpful, kind, courteous, and professional. Their rate compared to other storage companies is great! The unit is clean. Easy gate access. Keep up the good work Patrick! Extra space will have more new customers and repeat customers because of you. Thanks for the good customer service you gave me from the inquiry stage to booking and up to checking in my stuff. You are wonderful!

Everything was fine until the company raised the cost of our RV storage by 80%. The most insulting part was AFTER we found cheaper, newer, larger covered parking and gave our 30 day notice THEN they offered to rescind the increase.

Just Started my rental , paid 6 months upfront. So far so good , I will do follow up reviews in a couple of months. Rhiannon the on site manager is very knowledgeable and helpful .Today we ended our 6 month lease early, and as always it was a hassle free experience . Thank you Rhiannon !
