After working out at other boot camps and gyms in the area I’m so happy we found F45 Henderson! Ryan, the guy behind it all is super cool. The coaches here are excellent! Head Coach Aaron cares a lot about helping members achieve their fitness goals and keeping things fun. Coach Eliis and Coach Nyna are extremely sweet and knowledgeable, coach Alexis, is super up beat and encouraging, Coach Carissa and Coach Felix are pure motivation at all times. With coaches like these I would never even think about looking any further than this place!

I work out with coach Nyna and James every weekday at 5am and they are the most knowledgeable and supportive coaches. The coaching and community built around this gym is what keeps me coming back

It was my first time training at a different F45 besides my home studio in Hawai’i. My friend and I were both in Vegas at the same time so he recommended this studio. We went to the 4:30pm class yesterday and hit the 5am class this morning. Ryan, the owner, was nice and personable. Coach Ellis was also knowledgeable and friendly. Got a chance to meet coaches James, Sean, and Becca and they had a lot of good energy this morning. I appreciated their encouragement and attentiveness during the cardio workout.The studio is nice, clean, and has a good amount of flowing air with an AC and powerful fans. There are 2 restrooms and they are clean and well stocked with deodorant, sprays, hair ties, q-tips, and feminine hygiene products. The shower is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.If I’m ever in Vegas again, I’d definitely visit this studio again. Mahalo, F45 Henderson! ??
