Doctors are great!! Front end staff is awful!! young kids thar could care less. They never answer the phone in person act like you are bothering them.

they don’t even understand how to review insurance because mine can be accepted anywhere. I verified with my insurance before getting there that it wouldn’t be an issue, but clearly the front desk staff don’t know what they’re doing. another patient had waited over an hour with no actual visit. they put off a very unprofessional and unorganized setting which is not what I want for my healthcare.

I have been going to Family Doctors for 6 years and the support that I have been receiving recently due to a horrible car accident recently has been above and beyond. The care and love for my situation that Dr. Sandy and the Staff have given me has given me light at the end of my tunnel. Not only do they strategically help and oversea every appointment, but I feel like I have a team of friends helping that care. I am eternally thankful for Dr. Sandy for caring for my health.

I called to find out if they are excepting new patients. They were. I asked if they excepted my insurance. They did. I gave them my insurance information, including my insurance ID over the phone. They made me an appointment for two weeks out. I show up 30 minutes early and fill out the paperwork. Then they tell me they do not accept my insurance. And if I would like to be seen today it is $179. I asked them because of the mixup. Is there a discount that I could receive. They said no discounts. I think this company knew they did not accept my insurance and just tried to get money from me. Why would anyone choose to do business here or trust this place with your life???

The 2 doctors have seen here are awesome, and the staff is friendly but the office needs to do a WAY better job of managing the appointment volume and timing. I waited 90 minutes AFTER my appointment time to see my wonderful doc who was frazzled from being yelled at all day by her patients. If you are a new patient make sure you have at least 2 hours to see your doctor, or book at the Jones location as they are managing appointments way better.

The staff was amazing and so were the Dr.s....now... not so much. I have been waiting since end of November for my medication to be filled. I called week after week and no resolution from the front lead who I spoke to several times. No communication and still no meds going on 3 months.

This business never answers calls and rarely responds to my messages on the Klarna app. It's been a month and a half now that I have tried to resolve an issue with the refferal I received from a nurse practitioner for diagnostic imaging. The referral was initially written incorrectly and now that I would like to change the referral from a mammogram to an MRI I have been having a near impossible time getting it sorted out on the Klarna app or with someone on the phone. The doctor fee was $500.00, and all I got out of it was miscommunication and being ignored.I don't recommend this business. This experience has been too stressful.

Saw Dr Ram, he subscribed medication for my symptoms! An hour later I got a positive covid result and called to see if the medication he gave me was still what I need! He only replies when he is in the office, which IS ONCE A WEEK! Not good enough DR Ram!

Spend some money and hire more front office staff. you guys NEVER answer calls or reply to texts or anything. Beyond frustrating. I've tried to call you for THREE days now. I am close to looking for another doctor.

This place needs a hard reset. The first time I came in to do general blood work they were an hour late from my appointment time. Then I waited weeks and heard nothing back. So I called and was informed my blood samples were LOST!! I was shocked! After this I stopped going here. Years later I thought I'd try again. So i made an appointment for a yearly physical. I informed the lady on the phone my cycle had just started and she was like "seriously not a problem we deal with this all the time". She said i should absolutely keep my appointment and still come in. I paid to get the day off work and then sat for almost an hour past my appointment time. My appointment was at 2:00pm I was fasting to give blood and I thought I might pass out i was so hungry. I get back into the room finally and i tell the nurse again "i am on my cycle just making sure everything can be done today" she confirms all is good to go. I step out to do a urine sample, come back and she tells me to get undressed and ready for the doctor. As soon as the doctor comes in I tell her "i am on my cycle". You would have thought I just stole her purse. She was like I can not see you then today! Mind you I'm now naked in a stupid cover cloth, about to pass out from lack of food and i have now been here 2 hours with nothing done. I was so mad, and she's giving me attitude like I should have known. She's like do you still want to do your blood! No I want to scream and leave this horribly run place. I was so upset that I actually asked to speak to whoever was in charge. I wish I could remember her name. She was very kind and agreed this was an embarrassment on their part. She promised me I would not be charged a copay to come in again to make this right. I allowed her to make it right and I did come back for my services. But over a year later from that visit I just received a bill. I called and they said they were just so behind in billing! Over a year!!! My recommendation to you is to avoid this place and get the care you need elsewhere. Their staff is unprofessional and poorly trained. I honestly can't believe this place is in business.

Our primary care stopped taking our insurance and notified me the Friday before my Monday doctors appointment. What a hassle. Luckily I found this place! I was able to get in as a new patient fairly quickly compared to other places. I had a wonderful experience here! From the front desk staff to the actual doctors visit. All the medical personnel was very thorough and seemed to genuinely care. I saw Sandy Henemyer- APRN, FNP-C. She was very kind. She listened to me and actually heard me. She was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. My husband also has had a wonderful experience with Rachel Smith- PA-C. Thank you Family Doctors Medical Center!

Appointment times don't matter waited almost an hour after my appointment time for a vitamin B shot. The MA who gives the injection is RUDE.Meds are not included cost me 89.00 at CVS. Straight scam!
