Clear, prompt, honest and professional qualities have always been important to us. When you live hours away from your rental, you completely rely on your property manager. For years we were tied up in a contract with the previous management company. After taking a huge loss in order to cancel with them, we began reading contracts from various companies in Las Vegas. Faranesh real Estate and Property Management’s contract was the most clear and easy to understand, no strings attached. It’s been about 10 years that Wasim, the owner, and his staff have been managing our property in Vegas. We can’t thank them enough for being so on top of every detail that comes up. Text or email, you get a response right away and they have had our best interest in mind during this period. We are very pleased and fortunate to have found Wasim through a friend’s recommendation and we highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for a hassle free management company.

Wasim Faranesh has been managing my house in Henderson and I must say I made the right decision choosing him over the others that I've interviewed. I've used Wasim and his team to manage my out of state property in Las Vegas for over a year now and I cannot be more thankful for a management company who gives such top-notch service. Him and his team always makes sure that I get notified on updates/issues immediately. Very detail-oriented and professional team! When my tenants moved out of my property, Wasim and his team took no delay in cleaning the house and posting my property on the MLS website. Within a week, I have many applicants submitting their applications.I'd recommend Wasim and his team for anyone who would like their property managed in Las Vegas!

Wasim is amazing! A co-worker referred me to him for purchasing and maintaining an investment property in Las Vegas with ease. I called Wasim and he sent me listings based on my criteria. He provided smart feedback on the ones I was interested in to steer me towards my eventual purchase, which turned out to be a great rental in a great area. He is highly recommended because of his experience, frankness (he doesn't hide anything!), and the fact that you don't have to do anything once you purchase the property; his agency handles EVERYTHING.

We have had the worst experience with this property management company. They are charging overdraft charges charging rent before rent is due. HOA is finding us for things that are not true just a real real bad experience.

Application fee scammer! When I applied via $95 fee directly myself, I was told, "Owner selected another tenant." Yet you STILL asked my realtor next day if their client (not aware I was the client) needed to apply and pay a $95 fee for the exact same unit?!!? Faranesh is scamming application fees and I should have believed the reviews. I have 800 credit score, no evictions, perfect rental history, no pets, no smoking, no issues, and showed a ton of funds that covers years of the rent. I am nice and a quality person, I am not a "cringy" type neighbor you'd be avoiding to rent to, lol. His listed property was $350/mo less than similar neighboring subdivision units. I knew it was too good to be true, feeling really ripped off by this scammer.

I have used Faranesh Property Management since 2021. Nothing but positive experiences! I had one eviction to endure but Wasim and his team handled all the logistics and legal issues where I did not need to get involved beyond signing documents. The smoothest process considering. They have paid all my rent income on time. Their communication has been on point. My best friend, whom is a realtor, recommended them. No regrets at all. I would refer this company to any rental owners.
