This FedEx at 11 S Stephanie is amazing. The staff is consistently kind and helpful! The only location I use in Henderson/Las Vegas.

Wow. The most helpful, friendly and efficient FedEx I have ever been. As soon as I stepped into the store a young female employee greeted me and helped me finding what I need and shipping out my item. Other customer was ready to check out while I was being helped, and another employee came right out and assisted the customer without making him wait even a second.

This FedEx (Stephanie and Sunset) has been my go-to location because of their excellent customer service. Unfortunately, today, 3/1/2025 @ 12:55, I couldn't have encountered
a ruder woman! Years ago, I used Trop & Russell location and stopped going there because of the incredible rudeness. I REALLY hope this is not going to become the norm at this location, too!

Just dropped in to use the computer and printing and was able to take care of my needs really quickly (minus the s/w being slow - you can’t blame the center for the CO’s software being so antiquated).
There was a line when I arrived, but the very friendly lady who I could hear took care of all the people very quickly and there was no line after I left 5 mins later. Seems like a great center. It must be the reason why it’s the highest rated one I saw this morning and the one that seems to be closest to the Nevada dmv.

Great location, since it is very close to our home. This store is relatively small, but I have always felt welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. The store can get crowded at times, which can result in longer than normal waiting times. The store does have a stand-alone self-service drop off box located inside the store. This store appears to be a full-service store offering a variety of services from packing and shipping supplies, to copying and printing. There is also plenty of parking available. Recommend.
