Update- adding some stars since it seems like there are new people working there who seems much more competent and pleasant!
Not sure why employees do a sloppy job of laminating here. This is the second time this has happened. Wish they would just leave the machine out like other places. It’s really not that difficult to have some care in what you’re doing. I really should’ve not even paid for this but needed to be on my way.

Had a great visit to fedex, this location was great. Had a bit of waiting but Chris was alone so understandable. He was also patient, kind, understanding and very pleasant. Thank you Chris.

We just left this location to drop off some of our stuff from our carry on packages. We are flew back to Irvine, CA yesterday evening and because of the bad weather and we have to stay in Las Vegas for a day to get the same flight today. To save energy we tried FedEx standard middle size express box service to deliver some carry on baggage to home. Chris and Aiden was so patient , not only to get the right label printed out, but also found me a right size box, All finished in time, especially Chris helped me to figure out the right email tool to forward our package label. FedEx is so grea that we are doing our business based on its incredible service! FedEx definitely will earn more business.

I just left this location to drop off packages. I wish I looked at his name tag but the employee who helped me was incredible. He was very bubbly and sweet. I had to ship my packages to different locations and he was very patient and helpful while I looked up the information. He introduced small talk while I was searching for the information which is very important in customer service. Even if it's a simple thing like how is your day going. He is definitely good at his job and a people person for sure he shows that he cares. I hope he gets a raise! Hard to find people like that nowadays. And I was incredibly happy with prices FedEx had to offer versus other shipments establishments I have visited in the past. FedEx definitely gained my business.

The employees here are not only rude, but also not competent. I asked whether I should wait at home or pick up at this FedEx store, and after checking tracking number, none of them could answer. So, their system may not be perfect, which is a problem, but I would not have anything against employees. After that, the employees in threatening tone told me that I did not listen to what they were telling, which were basically telling in a very indirect long-sentence way that they did not know the answer. I felt frustration and humiliation, and would not come back to this store, perhaps entire FedEx store, if I do not have to. Terrible experience.

Every single member of staff at this location is a superstar! I have just started a new business, and shipping was my greatest anxiety, I was worried about costs to ship, ways of packaging, how to get the correct box sizes, everything! That was how things were until I met my shipping friends here, not only is every single one of them kind, and patient, they still answer all of my questions and offer solutions to things I didn’t even know how to ask. In just a few months I have done a 180, and today I am shipping with confidence. I ship all sorts of things, furniture, mirrors, artwork, industrial kitchenware, and delicate artifacts. The success I’m experiencing would not be possible without the care and attention that I have received from everyone at this location, they are all my shipping and printing heroes.

Horrible customer service by the 2 guys working the counter. Would not let me drop off my prepaid package, would not assist in finding the proper FedEx location. Just said call the 800 number. When promoted for more help than call a number, they laughed and refused. 800 number says they are closed. #GarbageService #GoAnywhereElse

I want to print my license and all I can say is avoid this location.The lady working there so rude and not helpful. She literally said that if i don’t want I don’t need to come there anymore. I have problem first time with the code and when i finally got it she had a big printing job and it was closing time i couldn’t wait. Second time i show her how I wanted my license to be print and she told me that is $8 extra charge which my colleague who referred me there was not charged. I work with customer also but long time i didn’t saw so bad customer service.

I’d recommend going to another location they will not scan your packages and make you scan them one by one at a kiosk…

That guy James is very rude and dismissive. He should not be in customer service at all. He moves very slow, like intentionally wanting to make me wait longer for his very bad service.

The guy named James took at least 30 minutes, chatting and laughing with the guy in front of me. Directed me to the front machine which was broken, then acted like he didn't want to help me. He moved very slow, giving me instructions and not friendly at all. I think he is rude and maybe even racist.
