I would give this place 0 stars if could. I went in and dealt with Sam in transferring my IRA out of Fidelity after having dealt with Fidelity over the last 7 months trying to get my assets out to another company. I had already cleared up the paperwork needed ahead of arrival and provided my ID. He denied the transfer and he couldn’t provide a supervisor to speak with. This company has been a nightmare trying to leave.

Great bank if you like having limited access to your funds at random times because they “move stuff around”. They also will hold your money hostage and don’t offer shit for protection against theft from your account.

I recently transferred money from my bank to Fidelity Investments to try the stock market out. I realized I needed to pull out some of the money weeks later for emergency purposes and sold the stock. without any notice I'm left in a bind because Fidelity refused to release my money and will remain on hold for the next 2 1/2 weeks. Temporary new policy they informed without informing us in advance. Their excuse was increase of fraud within the banks which has no relation to my stock money . Especially verifying my personal information with customer service they refused to return even a portion of the money. Under $3,000

Worst customer service I've encountered in all my life , they're huge liars they are blaming chase fraud issue on the reason my funds are being held up longer than anyone had ever heard, I call chase and speak with a supervisor and the supervisor laughed and said I don't have a clue on what I'm saying ,lack of responsibility and accountability is the reason I'm taking my business elsewhere to a institution that won't lie and use other companies as there reason for doing something the manager Elle also lacks accountability, general common sense she hung up on me cause she couldn't justify why it is taking so long for my money to settle or the fact that I spoken to the same bank they were blaming for all in the first place and when I asked about why correspondence weren't sent no answer for that but this is someone who has been given a opportunity to lead people, fidelity is a joke so are all the reps

I gave them one star because I'm not sure if I could give them ZERO stars. This is nothing more than the street shell game where you try to guess which shell the pea is under. Your going to lose. Period. For the average Joe do not throw your mo ey away here or other phone apps. Take your money to a professional financial advisor and walk away. Fidelity will tell you it's just that easy! Just invest, sell, buy etc and then later you get hit with penalties that never came up in previous discussions. Seriously, don't do this or use them.

I understand why this investment company has many one star reviews. Big mistake for me to put money in this institution. Extremely poor customer service over the phone as they don't know how to trouble shoot. Charles Schwab is literally top shelf compared to this institution.

I had a meeting on April 15, 2024 with Wes Jacobson regarding my 401-k that rolled over into an IRA. His answers were very specific and detailed when I was asking him all kinds of questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. He had even asked me several times if I had any other questions for him. He wanted to make sure my questions were answered. He said if I had any questions after I left to just give him a call.Thank You for a great experience.Robert Llamas

Been with Fidelity for 20 years and overall Fidelity is great. I make my own investment decisions and don't rely on them for advice. Every branch will be different but this branch is terrific. They are very knowledgeable in every aspect of investing. They offer a lot of ideas. Even if some of the ideas aren't right for me it's great to hear another perspective. And it's all free. When I do have a concern they are on top of it right away and if they can't answer or resolve it immediately they will work within Fidelity for me. I have moved out of the area but I don't want to replace Henderson as my home branch. The expertise and help they share for free is invaluable. Remember that they are advisers. Nobody has a crystal ball. You are responsible for your fate. But listen to advice given by professionals and their reasoning so you can make wise decisions. I have turned down more advice than I have accepted but I have always understood the logic and circumstance behind the advice. No other firm and no other Fidelity branch has ever been as thoughtful and knowledgeable as Henderson.

I've been investing with Fidelity for over 20 years. Their Green Valley office is conveniently located in THE DISTRICT with plenty of free parking. Their investment counselors are friendly and helpful. I usually meet with them bi-annually. They also offer zoom meetings & various webinars covering various types of investments throughout the year. If I have questions or concerns, I receive a prompt reply by phone, text or email. If you're considering making investments, give them a call they will meet with you to assist you in making the right financial plan for your needs.

Called Fidelity Investments in Henderson NV to inquire about how to open a business investment account after speaking to three individuals and asking each the same question, the last person I spoke to disconnected the call to avoid giving me an answer; I've dealt with fidelity investments in the past, had an investment account with securities in it, apparently the securities vanished without a word from fidelity investments. Based on these experiences I would advise everyone to find a different brokerage. Only gave them one star to be able to make this post, otherwise their rating would be gooseies.

Elvia always responds quickly to any questions I may have in a friendly and professional manner! Yesterday Fidelity invited their “women investors “ to a fun night at Pinot’s Palette… a GREAT time was had by all!
