Been with Fidelity for 20 years and overall Fidelity is great. I make my own investment decisions and don't rely on them for advice. Every branch will be different but this branch is terrific. They are very knowledgeable in every aspect of investing. They offer a lot of ideas. Even if some of the ideas aren't right for me it's great to hear another perspective. And it's all free. When I do have a concern they are on top of it right away and if they can't answer or resolve it immediately they will work within Fidelity for me. I have moved out of the area but I don't want to replace Henderson as my home branch. The expertise and help they share for free is invaluable. Remember that they are advisers. Nobody has a crystal ball. You are responsible for your fate. But listen to advice given by professionals and their reasoning so you can make wise decisions. I have turned down more advice than I have accepted but I have always understood the logic and circumstance behind the advice. No other firm and no other Fidelity branch has ever been as thoughtful and knowledgeable as Henderson.

I've been investing with Fidelity for over 20 years. Their Green Valley office is conveniently located in THE DISTRICT with plenty of free parking. Their investment counselors are friendly and helpful. I usually meet with them bi-annually. They also offer zoom meetings & various webinars covering various types of investments throughout the year. If I have questions or concerns, I receive a prompt reply by phone, text or email. If you're considering making investments, give them a call they will meet with you to assist you in making the right financial plan for your needs.

Called Fidelity Investments in Henderson NV to inquire about how to open a business investment account after speaking to three individuals and asking each the same question, the last person I spoke to disconnected the call to avoid giving me an answer; I've dealt with fidelity investments in the past, had an investment account with securities in it, apparently the securities vanished without a word from fidelity investments. Based on these experiences I would advise everyone to find a different brokerage. Only gave them one star to be able to make this post, otherwise their rating would be gooseies.

I have been working with ELVIA CALLAHAN of FIDELITY for several years and have always had a very HELPFUL, POSITIVE & PROFESSIONAL experience!! Elvia always responds quickly to any questions I may have in a friendly and professional manner! Yesterday Fidelity invited their “women investors “ to a fun night at Pinot’s Palette… a GREAT time was had by all! In these volatile times, I have confidence in Fidelity to assist me with my investment strategies and thank them for their efforts on my behalf!

Horrible customer service, walked in and stood in front of this glass window with this woman avoiding eye contact with me . As 20 mins go by two other people walk in a different color and immediately she gets up from her seat to greet us all . I say " oh now you see me " her reply is that she's with a client , but this wasn't a problem when the other people came . Such a hassle retrieving my money as well I spent days and nothing but issues and being told different information by each person .

This review is for the customer service I received over the phone with Fidelity Investments.Horrible customer service.I spoke to them almost 2 weeks ago to have a transfer done and it still hasn't been initiated. Their systems don't speak to each other so in one part it will be updated and another part it will not. When I asked for a Supervisor to get it done correctly they said they were too busy. Then at the end of the call I asked to speak to a Supervisor about a complaint from the customer associate I spoke with 2 weeks ago, that I believe didn't do his job and they said they don't take customer complaints. So, I guess the only way to write up a complaint is by writing reviews.It seems like they don't know what they're doing. I have to wait another 5 days, after already waiting 10 days for them to fix my account. It's not a company I would ever trust to deal with again. Caution!

The only thing my ‘managed account’ managed to do was lose money. Every decision, every investment suggestion, was wrong. After 9 months and $60,000 down the drain I pulled the plug. Adding insult to injury, their fees are outrageous.

I retired in December of 2021 and as of March of 2022, I still haven’t received my retirement money from Fidelity. I have spent hours on the phone and tried to work with different customer response managers, but still do not expect to receive my money any time soon. I’m at a loss. I have no idea what to do, but I don’t recommend anyone trust this business.

We have all of our investment accounts with Fidelity. We moved them over from Chase who was less than accommodating.Fidelity is amazing, supportive and always there when we need any help.They have been renovating this location for what seems like many years and it is now nearly finished.The staff here is always attentive and helpful and we appreciate them in so many ways.Thank you to Fidelity for having amazing people at this location to help us with our investments. We are raving fans!
