Update today 9/7/24
In June I scheduled my last two oil changes under my maintenance plan for mid-August and for 11am today prior to it’s expiration on 9/13. A few weeks ago when I was here Jay confirmed my appointment for today. Some time after that someone canceled that appointment as when I arrived over an hour ago, at 10:30, they didn’t have me down.
I was told to “give them an hour,” and I’d be out of here. It’s 1.5 hours later and as I stand here in the service drive they JUST pulled my car to the bay. After it sat straddled in front of the bay for over an hour and was eventually backed into the shade so they could service 2 cars that came in after mine.
And now these techs are at lunch?!?
I’m pissed off. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted. I don’t appreciate no one offering to have me taken home. I don’t appreciative my appointment being arbitrarily canceled within the last few weeks.
This is insane. And no, my service writer has yet to tell me what’s going on. Not that he needs to - I’ve been in this service drive watching what hasn’t been done with my car for a while now.

You might think customers were born yesterday when it comes to vehicles but I recognize a screw job when I see one. The comps & CarFax run on my car WITHOUT MY PERMISSION were wrong. I’ve been in the auto industry too long & know too much about this business. Violate my privacy again when I’m in for service next and we’ll see what happens.
This review is about my experience at Acura today. I want to be VERY clear…Mike in service is great. My detail was fabulous. I’m sure my oil change & safety belt recall were handled without incident.
I am absolutely NOT HAPPY with the fact someone named Bonnie took it upon herself to run comps & a CarFax on my car & then send a salesman over to try to talk me into buying a new RDX.
Just who tf does she think she is violating people’s privacy & personal property? If I wanted to sell my car, it wouldn’t be to a dealership. If I wanted to buy a new RDX, I would come in to do just that. If I want comps run on my car I can run them myself & they’ll be accurate. Telling me remote engine start, backup sensors, & a heated steering wheel (that are not standard on my trim level) add NO VALUE to the BASE is utter bullshit. I guarantee had I sold my Acura today they’d take full advantage of those facts & jack up the price for the next buyer.
I was there to have my vehicle serviced. Nothing else. That someone there thought these tactics were professional or welcome need their head examined.

I was in the market to buy a specific vehicle and was greeted by Charlie Clarke and was very helpful and super easy going guy. NO PRESSURE AT ALL!! He took his time to listen to what I was looking for and even let me borrow the car to show my wife and ultimately I did that with several vehicles and finally came to this Porsche! Didn’t expect this, but my wife and I couldn’t be happier that we came to place here at Acura Henderson DEFINITELY took care of us and was able to come to the numbers we needed for our budget and their Managers were both super friendly and was very helpful. Thank you very much to all of you and thank you Charlie for providing us 110% customer service!!!

If yall go and want to buy a vehicle get with Charlie Clarke IV from Findlay Acura!! He worked to get us a great deal on our amazing car. He made sure we knew every feature our car had while test driving it. He made sure all our questions were answered. More importantly he made sure we walked out of there with the monthly payment we wanted and the car we wanted. He took great care of us!!!

Let me start by saying our sales guy Melvin was amazing since i met him. Very professional super friendly and extremeley helpful. And Andrew our finance guys was super awsome as well. I came two years ago to look for the same purchase but honestly was left with out the desire to return. But im glad i gave it a second chance. I work in the service industry and let me say the first impression is important. Melvin made this sale and the expirience so worth the second chance. I will return to findlay Acure as long as Melvin and Andrew are still there. 2022 Mdx. Thanx guys and keep up the amazing work!!!!!

We just bought our second Acura, and just like the first transaction, Melvin was wonderful! He is helpful, patient, and knowlegble. I was really hesitant to trade in my Integra because I love that car, but we were looking for something more comfortable and accommodating for our family, and the MDX fit the bill. Melvin showed us a few different trims over the course of several days while we discussed all the variables of the purchase. We even stopped by Honda to test drive an Odyssey, and while the van offers neat features, the experience behind the wheel of the MDX is unmatched. Thank you to Melvin and Findlay Acura!

I want to give a huge Kudos and thanks to Tre Jimmison.He is so kind I was driving my acura back home to Denver from California and had car issues and called the dealership the service department was closed but he sent me hotel info and rental car info and even checked on me and my family a few times to make sure we were ok.Thanks Tre for being a great person Acura is so lucky to have someone like you on the team.

I purchased a non-Acura vehicle at this dealership - a 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV - and had a wonderful experience, especially Adrian Graves, who served as my Sales & Leasing Consultant. Not only did I get a great deal on my vehicle, but Adrian was extremely responsive and supportive throughout sale. I live in Oakland and had the car shipped from Henderson and Adrian made sure that was a smooth process, and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. He always returned my texts and calls promptly and answered all of my (sometimes repetitive!) questions graciously.
I had never purchased a car from out of state, and was nervous to do so, but Adrian and Findlay Acura made it a pleasant and fruitful experience.
