I had such a positive experience here. Dealerships are always intimidating, but I felt really welcomed and comfortable here when I bought my car. Robert, chase, Dante and Thomas. They were all super helpful and not pushy at all. Super happy with the car and their customer service.

During the walk around Melvin kept telling how great the car is with all the goodies that the dealer had put on the car and one of them had my interest which is the Polysteel Exterior & Interior potection (INSTALLED) for 1197 dollars. He told me that this protection is really nice because it helps to protect the paint from bird drop , tree sap, etc and since i have a 8 months old baby it will help to protect the interior as well so i was sold on that. I ended up walking inside to negotiate on some number. He walked in came back 5 mins later to congrats me that he got me a deal and had me signed on the paper then walked me into the finance office to finish up all the paper work. Everything seemed so right and perfect up until 3 weeks later we had a really heavy rain, i had the tree leafs which fall and left their marks on all over my car. I took the car to Findlay Acura the next day for a free car wash. After the wash, all the tree leaf marks were still on my car so i went back to Todd from the service to see if he can do anything about that because i have the polysteel protection for 3 years warranty. Todd told me no problem he will take care of it then 45 mins later Todd called me back and told me that he could not fix my car and i have to pay 289 dollars out of my pocket if i want the dealer to do it, i asked him why and he told me he doesn't know and transferred me to lady from finance department and she who told me that i don't have the polysteel protection because i did not approve it, and i was like what are you talking about lady. She then told me to call the salesman and talk to him cause she doesn't know whats going on. I called Melvin, he acted like he didn't know what happened and told me to come to the dealer tomorrow when the finance manager is there. I told him I want to solve the problem today I don't have time to go back and forth so when I came back to pick my car up I asked to speak to the manager, he told me the manager was busy and let me sat there for 1 hour before Mr DJ Burman came out to greet me. DJ told me that he went over my paperwork and didn't see I have the polysteel protection on. I was like what are you talking about? I brought out my car window sticker and the polysteel Ext & Int protection for 3 years was printed on it. DJ respond was like "yeah but in order for them to bring the price down to what you wanted , they probably just TOOK IT OFF. I was like WTF, what the heck you're talking about, it had already installed on my car, how did they take it off. He then went on and explained to me that the dealer installed the polysteel on the car in hoping that the customer will pay for it, if not then it's a dealer's lost and they're not gonna stand by or back it up just like what's happening to my car now. WOW!Shocking information, Freaking BS totally BS. It's freaking ridiculous , I told DJ that there are couple things I want to clear up here. First of all I own a nail salon, I don't just put stuffs on customers nails and expect them to pay when they check out, if they don't pay then its gonna be my lost , and when we come upon on a agreement about the price, doesn't matter how much discount I give to my customers as long as it's still in the warranty time anything happens the nails accidentally I will fix it for my customers For FREE NO QUESTION ASK. That's how I do my business. I don't just tell my customers that because I gave them discount then I'm not gonna stand by my work and back it up. Maybe my business is a very small one and we have a lot of competition, compare to Findlay Acura is a multi million business and doesn't have much competition LMAO. Second of all, when I came to Findlay Acura I came for a 51K certified pre owned 2021 TLX Type S, and when I called Melvin told me to come in because the car is still available and when I got there the car was sold and he ended up up talking me into buying a brand new car with all the goodies that comes with it and when we were

I am so very glad I reached out to Robert Mirrer to help me find a car on Thursday 8/10. When I returned from CA that night I was able to visit Findlay on10/11 and the car I wanted was there waiting for me and at the price I had agreed on. I am so happy with this dealership. A pleasant experience with the entire staff including the finance department. Excellent Excellent Service. People buy from people/companies they like. I like I bought what else can I say?❤️?

I've been taking my Acura TLX and ILX to Gus Leon at Findlay Acura the past few years, and I've always had a great experience. Gus is incredibly knowledgeable about Acura vehicles, and he always takes the time to explain everything to me in a way that I can understand. He's also very friendly and helpful, and he always goes the extra mile to make sure that I'm satisfied with my service.I would highly recommend Gus to anyone who is looking for a great service advisor. I had the best experience buying my car at Findlay Acura. Everything was top notch. They set up my 3 kids with SpongeBob on the TV so I could pay attention to the conversation, offered them refreshments, etc. once it came to signing papers, everything went very smoothly, and quickly.

The entire staff was amazing!! Donn, my salesperson was super friendly, accommodating and helped me pick out the right vehicle for me! With some negotiating we came up with a fair price and so far I’m super happy with the vehicle and my purchase experience at this location. Based on this experience I would definitely return in the future for another purchase and definitely recommend trying Findlay Acura for your next vehicle purchase and ask for Donn!!

I did overpay more then 6k for my Acura MDX. We didn't have the actual price when we negotiated so they inflated the price. They said they would remove the 5k handling fee off the price they never did. I will not buy another Acura from this dealership ever again.

Derrick in service was amazing ! I requested an pre-purchase inspection on a car I was looking to purchase. He coordinated with seller to get it scheduled the next day. He took 30+ pictures on the under body of the car that I had requested and found an issue that would be covered under warranty so seller was happy to get it resolved. He went above and beyond to help a potential customer. Findlay you guys found a good one !

I scheduled an appointment to take care of a recall and a couple of other maintenance concerns. Scheduling an appointment was easy and quick. I received excellent service from Mike, service rep., and the mechanic/technician solved my problem and took care of the issue immediately. I had other work which took a little longer and they provided me with a loaner car.In summary, great people who are professional, courteous, super helpful; great service, great products!
