I'm definitely happy with getting a 2015 Camaro RS 2lt in Red Rock Metallic convertible. Thanks to Findlay Cadillac staff they were able to work with me and I believe I made an excellent choice on 12-2-23. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle wether its new or used to definitely get what makes you happy along with safety and comfort??

I was able to call the day before and still get in the very next day for an oil change. No better place than your dealer as they also check on possible other vehicle issues. (I had none so it’s not a scam). Their check is so important for a widow with a high mileage car.When scheduling, be sure to ask for Adam. He’ll take care of you!I had a coupon sent by Cadillac that made it much cheaper than the oil change chain places.Yes, I waited longer than at an oil change franchise, but in a comfy chair inside the dealership with TV, complimentary coffee with flavored creams, tea, hot chocolate and full range of soft drinks. I miss my Michigan dealership that also had cookies, muffins, candy and other free snacks but hey, the chain places are so crummy and dirty to wait for your car. They never reset the oil notice either.

First trip to Findlay and very impressed. My advisor Tyler was very welcoming and professional. Dealership was clean and had an incense like smell to it which was very pleasant. Large customer lounge with plush leather seats and plenty of refreshment choices. Very easy check out process as well once they come to get you to pick up your car. Seems Findlay values its customers and they definitely prove it. Looking forward to my next visit!

My over all experience at Findlay Cadillac was pretty satisfying. I went in for a routine oil change and maintenance check. Driving into the service bay, I appreciated all the sales reps greeting me and making sure I was attended to. My sales Representative Daniel assured my CTSV was in its tip top shape with updates on future maintenance.The wait wasn’t long at all either. Most of all I appreciate the feeling driving off knowing my Cadillac is driving like new!! Thanks to you all! Great Job!

We got Turned away from dodge for a dodge challenger 345 literally across the street we came to cadillac said we had 40k 20 minutes looking with my Man Bruce Kline took really great care of us .. The Desk manager is the best in the Henderson Auto mall District.. They never haggled my wife and I once over Price So if your looking for a car Please consider Cadillac of Henderson!!!

My experience at Findlay Cadillac was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Recently, I decided to get rid of a very worn vehicle that I had sitting around collecting dust. On the KBB website, I entered my vehicle’s information to see what they would offer for the vehicle. Findlay Cadillac reached out to me. I guess I was referred to them by KBB.The experience started out good. I met with Lauren. She offered bottled water and showed me to a table. Lauren left for a moment and returned with one of her sales representatives. Lauren introduced me to Monica and that’s where things took a turn for the worse. Monica shook my hand. I gave Monica my I.D. and the keys to my vehicle. Monica told me she would be back and left. I sat there for 10 minutes. Monica returned to ask me if my address on my license was correct then left again. She returned with a form she wanted me to complete. While completing the form, Monica asked me how much I felt my vehicle was worth. I thought to myself, "What a curious question." I speculated how that was relevant. My response to her was, “I don’t know.” After completing the form, Monica left again.From that point on, I felt like I was left alone, swinging in the wind. There was no periodic check in, nor was there an update on the progress of the assessment. I found myself listening to the neighboring conversation that the couple was having with their sales rep. I found it curious how their sales rep. was settled in and having a conversation and yet my sales rep. wouldn’t even sit down for a second and look me in the eye. Seriously, Monica didn’t sit down once with me.20 minutes went by before I saw Monica again. She returned with an offer. The first thing she presented to me was the Carfax. The conversation started with the fact that the vehicle had previously been in an accident and there was damage to the vehicle. Then she showed me the offer and asked me if I would accept it. I had wasted 30 minutes of my life only to get an offer that was far too low. After declining the offer, Monica told me to wait there, and she would be back. At that point I was about to leave.I feel a salesperson should be able to talk to anyone about anything. The only conversation I had with Monica was how much I felt my vehicle was worth. Meanwhile, the salesperson at the table next to me talked to his customers about world events. I also feel a salesperson should smile. I honestly don’t know if Monica ever smiled. Maybe initially, but definitely not after initial contact. It was not a good experience. The experience wasn’t bad because of the low offer. The low offer was salt added to the wound.
