I made an appointment for an oil change but when I got to the dealership’s Service Department, was told that I was there for transmission service and fuel induction. I purchased my car new from this dealership and it had less than 25,000 miles on it when I took it in for the oil change. When I arrived and spoke with the Service Department, no one mentioned the oil change. I had to make sure it was added on. Also, I asked for a wheel alignment and to check whether the headlights needed adjusting. My total bill was almost $700 instead of what I expected to pay for an oil change and the services I asked for. The two services the Service Department representative told me my car needed added $400 to the final bill.Afterwards I looked up those services. Neither of them needed to be done.Honda’s maintenance schedule is replaced with an onboard code that displays on the car’s console. My code was A1, which meant oil change and filter change. They didn’t change the filter even when I asked about it.Nothing was explained to me about the bill except to be directed where to pay it.It’s not right nor fair to sell a 73-year-old woman hundreds of dollars of maintenance on a car with low-mileage when there was no indication that those services were needed.I filled out every survey I got and I made the same points I make here. I even filled out one from S., my Service representative. I have heard nothing from Honda. None of this experience is decent customer service. They have lost my confidence, trust and future business.

Awful service from Jay Douri and newer associate Cole; never had a salesman straight up just say, "well did you make us a reasonable offer?" And this was in response to me asking why there was a $3,000 inflationary inflation mark-up on the 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid we just started looking at, even though November car sales are projected downward for November in comparison to October. Keep in mind, November/December are historically better performing months than October, according to Cox Automotive (free industry performance reports).Additionally, Cole started giving us specs for the wrong car. I understand he's newer and there's a lot to learn and remember; however, my experience with Findlay Honda is chockfull of evidence that their management breeds and promotes a high-ego, low-value sales culture. Simply stated, if I were to make an analogy (for illustrative purposes), the quality of customer service I received here was equivalent to particle board furniture (versus quality wood furniture).

Really happy with my 2024 Honda Civic Sport purchase here!Assuming you did your due diligence like knowing the MSRP, deals, etc... and communicate them to your sales person, everything should go smoothly. Eddie helped us out and I highly recommend asking for him because he's super nice and made sure to stack on a lot of services and parts and stuff like that without us even asking for it.Negotiations were done completely online and via phone. So, I only spent about 1 hour at the dealership before signing papers and getting everything taken care of. It was painless. The purchase exceeded my expectations. Not only was I able to purchase at exactly MSRP, but tinting the car was done in-house and I get 2 years of free service. Also, the new Civic Sport is sickkk. It looks a lot like my 2017 Lexus IS F-Sport with gorgeous black rims, and sporty black grills in the front. It also comes with a touch screen display, which I love!

Purchased a used truck here and was helped by Dylan. He's a good kid and helped me out even after the sale. He's the only person at this dealership who knows how to reply apparently. I was able to get my trade in value and price of the new purchase to a number I agreed on. I think Dylan did his part of the sale very well. Moving forward to the finance portion of the sale, and I was handed off to Vilay Thongphounphim who is their finance manager. He will flat out LIE to your face in order to get you to purchase extended car warranties. First lie was, and I quote, "the bank financing you REQUIRES that you get the extended warranty". That is unfortunately not the case as no bank can make it a requirement to purchase a $3k+ extended warranty plan in order to finance through them. After telling him I don't want it and that I'm about to get financing through someone else, he says he's going to step out and call one of the reps at the bank to "see if it can be taken off". Nice Try buddy LOLSecond lie was when after turning down the extended warranty/protection plan, he tried to get me on the extended appearance Plan. He said specifically and I quote, "it's added on to every car we sell whether it's new or used, and even I have to pay for it". WRONG AGAIN! I'm looking at the paper he is trying to get me to sign and it says in bold, "THIS WARRANTY IS NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE". After acting like I was going to go for it and then refusing, he frustratedly took the paper and said "ok I'll take it off". Please check your attitude! The customers of the dealership who you rob of their hard earned money are the reason why you're even in this manager position. It's clear Vilay climbed his way to finance manager through consistent lying, sleazy and unethical sales tactics, and a little ass kissing. I've been in the sales game for close to 10 years and it's rookie salesmen like Vilay who make honest hard working salesmen look like snakes. Findlay Honda needs to get rid of this cancerous employee because only lord knows how many people he has screwed over during his tenure at this dealership. So for anyone buying a car here, be firm, do your research, and don't let amateur con men like Vilay screw you over! Also, don't bother trying to communicate with this guy after the sale. It's not going to happen. You're just another transaction once you leave the lot with your new car. Tried reaching out to Vilay regarding my check containing my trade in and to cancel my GAP since my insurance offered it to me at a lesser rate. Guess what? No replies to my multiple emails! Vilay said it would take a week to receive the funds, however it's been two weeks and no one has given me a direct answer. Only people here who have any sense or integrity are Dylan and the used car manager Dan.

I purchase a car here and the whole process was interesting. I had Wally help me through out the whole process. I highly recommend you DO NOT trade in your vehicle here. They explain to you that you will receive $2000 less than the average for your car. Mine was $8500 and I was suppose to receive $6500. Instead they put $6000 and did not want to change it. It was also explained to me that the vehicle went through a multi point inspection and didn't need anything. Well the day after I drove it off the lot, the oil change light comes on. Not even 24 hours has passed since the purchase.. As a honorable mention, during negotiations the sales manager came out and informed me that someone mistakenly listed the vehicle as a lower trim(wrongly priced). The sales manager essentially told me I had to pay the price listed price with no negotiating. Obviously I agreed but it was a definitely different. All this didn't bother me much. But when I tried to reach out to the dealership for maybe a wheel swap on a vehicle they received, I was essentially lied to. Elli(the salesman) directed me to Sean. Sean informed me that truck was sold two days ago. The next day I see it on FB with a lowered price.. I tried calling and he didn't pick up. He then texts me and I explain that I still see the truck for sale. I'm pretty sure he just blocked me at this point. He could have said no instead of lying to me and then blocking me when I found the truth..As you can see I had an interesting experience throughout the whole process. The people there really don't care about customers after they have purchased a car. And the only reason why I'm giving them a two star rating is because of the the sales manager deciding to let me purchase the vehicle even after mistakenly pricing the vehicle.

My son and I bought a Hyundai Sonata 2019 over 3 weeks ago, inadvertently knowing that car insurances don't want to cover that type of vehicle due to high theft statistics, Findlay Honda Henderson should of warned us beforehand. After calling 15 insurance companies, finally USAA insured the vehicle, at a high rate, the car insurance is higher than the car payment. A few days later we decided to cancel the $3,000 overpriced service contract we were sold when purchasing the vehicle ( which doesn't even cover the engine, transmission, AC or suspension) we went directly to the finance manager's office, spoke to Eric and signed the cancellation paperwork, we thought they would take care of it and let the service contract Permaplate Smart Auto Care, know that it's been cancelled and that they would inform the finance company about it. Today it's been 19 days since we cancelled it and still given the runaround, left voicemails to finance, no return calls and still not cancelled. How many times will it take for us to to go to the the dealership and speak to finance to get this resolved? If they would only put the effort in their costumer service the same way they do on trying to sell you an overpriced car then maybe Findlay Honda Henderson would deserve 4 stars. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car there.

I arrived at the dealership today to finalize the purchase of my car as my lease was coming to an end. Initially, I had been engaging in discussions with Daniel regarding my available options. Given that this was my first car, I wanted to consult with my mother to ensure that I was making the most prudent financial decision. It was at this point that Daniel informed me that he needed to consult with his superior, Michael Rodriguez.Regrettably, my interaction with Michael Rodriguez was marked by an excessive level of aggression. He persistently reiterated the available options, attempting to coerce me into making an immediate decision by insinuating that delaying the process would result in higher rates. When I expressed my desire to return with my mother for further consultation, he proceeded to write the words "parents" and "talk to mom" in conspicuous, oversized letters in front of me. In addition, he rudely inquired about my age and displayed visible signs of frustration by repeatedly rubbing his face in an angry manner. These actions created an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere, leaving me with the impression that I could not leave without committing to return the same day with my mother. In light of these distressing experiences, I find it necessary to assert that Michael Rodriguez's conduct was not only reprehensible but also indicative of an individual seeking to exploit my vulnerability.

Purchased a used 2015 Honda CRV on July 8, 2023. A week later, AC stop blowing cold air. Then another problem came up and was advised that whole bumper needs to be replaced after having it for only almost 2 months. Traded it for CPO 2021 for peace of mind. They bought back the 2015 for very low price even though the car already had problems when we purchased it. Didn’t even try to help me out. Will go to Centennial Findlay next time and won’t return here. Thought this is a good company. They ripped me off. I tried to speak with the GM, but they didn’t want to take me to him. Not a good place to do business. The only good thing that happened is my sales rep, Greg Larsen, is going to register my car for free. Finance manager was rushing to go over paperwork with me because they were busy.

Had a really amazing experience buying my Honda Pilot here. They worked with me, helped me, explained things to me every step of the way. The salespeople are great (Cruz is awesome), the managers are great, the GM was awesome. I really can’t say enough, I will do business with them again and I’ll send business their way. Thanks guys!

Overall experience was seamless. Rene was amazing and patient with me as I was indecisive on the type of car I wanted. He continuously followed up and provided updates about the car I was waiting for. Finally, after two weeks of anticipation, I finally got to go home with the car I originally wanted! If you are looking for a car, contact Rene for all your needs.

The experience my wife and I had at Findlay Honda Henderson was night and day from our previous experience at Honda West. I really didn’t want to get another Honda because of it but the guys at Findlay Honda Henderson changed that for us. Chris Destura (sales) Jason Wuerz (finance) and Mike (GM) made sure we got the best customer service experience you could ask for. If you want a new Honda don’t waste your time with the others. This is one team that is gonna be hard to beat! Thank you Findlay Honda Henderson for the great customer service.

I had an phenomenal experience here at Findlay Honda Henderson. I've been in the market for a Honda Odyessy for a few weeks and I have been shopping all over California. From San Francisco down to San Diego without any luck. I was very specific on a trim level and color. A good friend recommended me to try out of State and they had excellent experience at Findlay, so I gave them a shot. I worked with Calvin Fyre and the whole sales and finance team was phenomenal. They where able to find me a vehicle I was looking for and kept me updated since it was coming from the Alabama factory. When the vehicle arrived, Calvin made sure I was updated with photos and videos of the vehicle and once they completed their inspection. Eric from finance was great to work with and once all the paperwork was completed they loaded the vehicle on a trailer and shipped it straight to my house in California. And believe me, you can get flights from California to Vegas for under $100 bucks. it was a nice getaway simultaneously while car shopping. I will definitely be returning in a few years once the toddlers outgrow the need of car seats so I can get rid of the minivan and look for a Type R, and I will be back at Findlay in a heartbeat no question ask. If anyone is shopping from out of State, this is the place to go to.

I am very thrilled with my purchase on a 2017 Volkswagen Passat SE. Eddie was and still is, the most helpful person I have came across in any other dealership. He took the time to show me multiple cars, find me the best rate he could, and treated me with all the respect. But saying that doesn’t do it justice. They truly care for their people.Thank you Eddie for doing what you do, and finding me a car that far passed my expectations.

I just moved here from Ohio and needed an oil change. I showed up without an appointment and they were able to get me in the system and out the door within an hour. Bryant was so helpful and super nice. The waiting area/lounge is super comfy and had water, coffee/tea and snacks.
