My roomate has purchased twocars here. Staff have always treated him well even though he's a pain in the butt! I do plan to get a car here very soon knowing how well staff have treated him. And Mr. Findlay is a very cool guy. Total professional staff, clean faculty, and not to mention the little goodies I pocket when I visit, hehe.

For over 30 years, we have purchased Lincolns and had them serviced at Findlay Lincoln and their predecessor, Signature Lincoln. This is the first time that I have provided a service rating of less than five stars. On 9-20-2023, I wanted to have my two Continentals serviced, but I found it very difficult to obtain a service appointment. I called and emailed your Service Advisor, Keith, but received no reply. I then called your Service Appointment guru, Venessa. Although her phone message stated that she would return my call, she never did. In frustration, I called Tony who had sold me one of our Continentals. I explained my problem. He asked when I would like to have my vehicles serviced and he said he would take care of the appointment and he did.

Brought my car in cause it's having engine issues. Thankfully it was under warranty. I just wanna give a shout-out to Keith. He had great customer service and kept me in the loop with what was going on with my vehicle and how long the repairs would take.

I have never in my life experienced such disrespect from a company. We had purchased a car back in June. We have only been able to use this 2019 Navigator for 2 weeks, it's now almost September. They have made excuse after excuse regarding this. This vehicle has almost caused 2 of our family members to crash, do to the electrical system malfunctioning, and transmission failure. They will deceive you and speak to you like garbage, and send you a crappy rental in the mean time. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM HERE.

I Purchased, my Lincoln MKX here and since then it was in an accident, and repaired partially the repair on the headlight and the interactive system, for the headlight had to be moved to Findley Lincoln because of how technical it is my main issue with the service department is Wyatt the writer and his manager John never answer their phones they never respond to voicemails they never respond to emails and on top of that there is no customer service representative I've taken this issue all the way up to the service manager repeatedly and had the same issues

Bought my 3rd car from Findlay Lincoln. I bought one for myself, my oldest daughter and now it was time to buy one for my youngest. We met with Silas and he helped us through the entire process. It was nice because while we were doing the paperwork for the new car, I asked them to look at mine and as always got a complimentary car wash. Truly excellent customer service. Every time I made eye contact with someone at the store, their first response was to make sure I was being helped. I'm sure we'll be back when my husband decides to get another car.

On my way back in town from California, I got an alert on my dash that my car was about to overheat. I pulled over, let it cool off, no coolant was needed, so I was able to drive home safely. As suggested by the manual, I took my car to Findlay to be checked to see if there were any additional issues. I dropped it off on Wednesday 7/5/23 at 12:30 pm and met with Wyatt. I knew it was kind of late in the day and there were other ars ahead of me so I decided to wait until Thursday 7/6/23 to call to follow up. I called between 3 and 4 pm on that day, since the app showed no progress and I hadn't received an update. Wyatt answered and told me my car had just been assigned to a tech and he would have a response for me by 11 am on Friday 7/7/23. I waited for a response, assuming they may have been busy, I called at 12:42 pm, 3:54 pm, 5:36 pm and 6:12 pm. Left 2 voicemail, last one at 6:12 pm for the next work day to return my call about the status of my vehicle. I didn't receive a call on Saturday 7/8/23, wasn't sure if he worked or not. Today is Monday, 7/10/23, I called at 11:26 am leaving a voicemail, no response. I called again at 4:10 pm, asked to speak with someone else in service since I haven't received a call back. I was transferred to someone else, left a message with my name, number, that I was trying to get an update on my car and haven't received an update since Wednesday and left my vehicle description and color. I still have yet to receive a return call as of the time of this post. If I had a loaner vehicle I wouldn't have much of an issue. But, I've been without my car for almost a week and still awaiting an update. If someone can at least give me a call to let me know what's going on so I won't remain in the dark about my vehicle, I'd appreciate it. I would like to have an idea how much longer I will be without transportation. I'm posting a screenshot of my call history to the dealership.

Finance is non responsive, the person we had did not assist in anything he had to ask his superiors for everything like he was not trained well and in order for us to get a response we had to call them because the were not making a deal with us they didn't call us! I honestly feel like I can take my business somewhere else and what they offered me for my used vehicle was lower then any other dealer we were shopping at! They are a tiny dealer and I can tellWhy, they are not ready to handle a large crowd..: the manager showed his face once like why didn't you show your face to answer allThe questions we had for your untrained sales guy

I called a few days ago to schedule service for my Lincoln Continental. There was a recall on my car. They upsold me on an oil change as well. After driving 75 miles one way to get this service done, I arrive only to be told they don't have parts for the recall. To say I'm upset is an understatement. This should have been known when I made the appointment. This is very typical of this dealership, as I have had issues with the sales side in the past. We are looking into our next vehicle, but I can guarantee it won't be here. We have owned 4 Lincoln's and there won't be a 5th.

WOW! From beginning to the end I was at ease and not pressured or stressed out. My first time using Joydrive and it will be the only way I purchase from now on! Tanisha had such patience and knowledge. She made me feel comfortable and never once pressured me even after killing the deal. Then I had my husband speak with her and we did a re-visit to quickly purchasing the car I had my eye on with the help of Chris at Mazda. Chris worked hard to take a trade and make the numbers work. He went over everything in detail about all the features of the car and DELIVERED IT AS IF IT WAS A BAG OF GROCERIES! How's that for service?? We have found our new auto home. The best part was there was no 8 hour session with paperwork....that alone makes this whole experience perfect. Thanks for great service and experience all the way around.

I love Findlay. My family and I have bought 6 new cars from them over the years. They always take care of us. Our more recent purchase was a new Tundra, we went through Joydrive because their BEST salesman Howard Meltzer was no longer working at the dealership and was on Joydrive. And we go where Howard goes. Findlay has gained our loyalty because they hire people like Howard. Honest, great people. Our Tundra came in with a couple rock dings. But Findlay and Howard went above and BEYOND to fix it. So dont waste your time with other dealers. This is the company to pick, and Joydrive is pretty freaking cool.
