Flawless process from beginning to end. I was provided with ahhhhmazing customer service (and trust me, I use to work at 2 separate car dealerships and um well ya…😅).

I have a 2023 Navigator, purchased out of state; but, I moved to Henderson. They did warranty work on my drivers seat, and afterwards I realized the controls no longer worked. In the past 3 weeks, I have made over 7 calls to get this repaired, leaving messages with service leads, the service director, and now the GM. I have also sent messages via the contact page. I have never received a call back, to arrange a repair. Very disappointed. I went with a Lincoln, believing their customer care and concierge service was part of the luxury experience. Findlay Lincoln of Henderson has shown this to not be true.

I bought a car here a month ago and similar to what the other reviews say, it was the best car buying experience I have had. Paul was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process, but more importantly he was kind. I’m very happy with my purchase and actually look forward to coming back here for future service visits.

I originally had an appointment to get numerous items on my car fixed on July 16th and I was supposed to have a loaner. I went in and no loaner was available, and I was told that I would be called when one was available (I was also told that I was first on the list to get one). July came and went, and I finally called around the 2nd or 3rd week of August, as my vehicle was due for a 20,000 mile service. I took my car in on August 22nd to get serviced, get the door code, buff out a ding in the tire rim, fix the hatch, and repair cracks in the leather seat piping. Everything was fixed, with the exception of the leather seat as the expert stated they couldn't fix that. I was originally quoted a price of $300 to fix the hatch and rim, however due to the lengthy delay to fix everything, there was No Charge. This is why I gave a 5 Star Rating--they made this right after I had to wait so long to fix my vehicle.

Mixed feelings right now. I’ve really enjoyed having the Navigator I purchased with Findlay, but issues keep coming up. My car is less than a year old and has already started making squeaky noises from the brakes. It took three trips to the dealership to get things straightened out, but the noise is still there even after the pads were replaced. I gave up. The right side mirror often doesn’t open when I start the car, and I have to manually press the button to close and reopen it. Now the gas pedal has started vibrating when accelerating, along with a humming or buzzing noise from the front.
It’s very frustrating with the money I paid for this car. I don’t expect to be at the service center every week 🙃.
The car is back at the shop again. Received an update and they still haven’t figured out the cause of the problem. Left me no rental. Very inconvenient.
I have tried to call the service manager and the store today. No answers.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY!!!! The service department is the complete opposite : unresponsive to the point of disbelief. I’ve had to call five different times just to get through to someone for an appointment. Most times, no one calls back. One time, I waited six months to hear back from service, calling every week. Eventually, they did cover my repair, but now I’m dealing with a recall issue; and after two months of calling twice a week, I still haven’t heard from anyone.
When you’re choosing a luxury vehicle, the service experience matters just as much as the car itself. I’ve owned a BMW (service was awful), a Mercedes (service was outstanding), and a Jeep (service was disappointing). Unfortunately, Finley Lincoln’s service experience has been one of the worst…completely inconsistent with what you’d expect from a luxury brand.
And honestly, even the dealership experience itself doesn’t feel “luxury”; no hospitality, no amenities, not even basic snacks or refreshments in the waiting area.
If you’re buying a car based on looks and comfort, Lincoln might deliver. But if you care about after-sale service and being treated like a valued customer, this dealership misses the mark completely.
