This place does the job right but out of the 7 times that I have came here for an oil change they always miss things that my car needs. The oil change package comes with a full inspection check but yet they don't even give you a paper like many other places do that tells you that you need to get replaced asap. I have been stranded because of the this and I have a new model Toyota too.

Had a horrible experience in the service department but the service manager was able to fix the issue and I'm happy about the outcome and the responsiveness from him. Still don't want to deal with service advisors there but kudos to the service manager. Sales has left a bad taste in my mouth over an experience. Just got a Tacoma and wanted to trade it in for a more upgraded Tacoma and I was so low balled on my truck it wasn't even funny. Ive only had this truck for 6 months and still very low mileage and the salesman that I had low balled me badly on my trade. Why????? Why do salesman have to be so shady and rip customers off. My whole family only buys from Findlay Toyota and this is how I'm treated here. Might have to check out centennial if this is how it's gonna be going forward.

Kyle was my service's advisor at Finley Toyota in Henderson. Awesome got me an appointment on Friday when I walked in the door was back Saturday told me exactly what I needed to have done we discussed. It gave me an estimate of price, tell me how long the car would be out. Make sure I hadn't over at my disposal so I can go to breakfast and come back him and the rest of the staff kept tabs on me. Make sure I was good to go always. You know Hey, how you doing anything? Just a good place to go I will never go back to the dealership. In Lake Havasu. I will always go to family. I have been a customer of Findlay Toyota for several years for vehicle purchase and maintenance. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. My 2023 Tacoma has been in twice for regular maintenance and twice I have been treated poorly. This last visit was the worst. Schedule appointment for simple oil change blah blah blah only to be told it would be a 3 hour wait. Not to mention a manager was within inches of me with another customer that had a promise time an hour earlier and still not vehicle or update. That manager was so rude and passive aggressive as if the customer was lying that his vehicle wasn't ready as promised when it's clearly on the paperwork. I will not tolerate mistreating people because your service department can't keep up with demand. Figure it out Findlay. I will not be returning. Two appointments and two bad experiences after I already travel over 30 miles to get to them. What happen to empathy and compassion for each other? Poor time management and customer service is not the customer's fault. So frustrating especially when you have made a $50k purchase. Get it together Findlay. Your billion dollar company could use some reality checks. You just lost a loyal customer and I'm sure many more.

Amazing customer service and follow ups from Findlay Toyota. Just recently bought a 2024 Camry and they sent me this for my purchase! Great Halloween decorations. Go for them but don't go to buy a car. Two days of texting about a specific car, set an appointment, arrived and at first they couldn't find the car then said it was being detailed (it had been there some time, not just arrived so the had to service it), but I couldn't see it. The salesman had literally called me on the phone and talked to me on my drive over. So they say I can come back in a few days and I say fine but he brings paperwork. He wanted me to sign to BUY the car so I could come back. What? No. Just go see the decorations. Any place that dishonest right up front doesn't get less so as you deal with them.

Took my 2021 Toyota Tacoma for routine service. Has only 10K miles. Jaime sold me the Blue Service for $319.95 in the estimate. I told him I hardly drive it but he thought a $144.95 Brake Flush would be recommended. He pushed the Toyota Care program saying my next 3 services would be covered but i had missed the deadline by 4 months. He would "try" and see if I qualified but it would take a long time if we wanted to just stand and wait. I said call me. Of course, he called me back an hour later to say they miraculously approved me for it. He said it would be just $30 bucks more...which then became $40 more. I knew that the Blue service included the Brake Fluid Exchange as it was advertised up on the wall in the bay. So, i expected to pay $319.95 plus the extra $30-$40 bucks. I show up and my total cost is $523.51. I was charged $319.95 for the BLUE service AND a separate $144.95 charge for the Brake Fluid Exchange. I asked for a contract for the Toyota Care and was told they don't have one. It's all word of mouth, apparently as none of this is what I was told by Dalton one year ago. Basically, I was charged twice for the brake fluid exchange in a vehicle that didn't even need it. I asked if the car was ready and he said with all the things they were doing to it, expect it to be in the afternoon. One hour later this AMAZING and TIME CONSUMING service was completed after I had already driven all the way back home. I guess once they had me on the Toyota Care, they could rush through the service (if it was even done!). Finally, I was given a brochure by another man that Jaime brought over, possibly a supervisor, and told "this is all we have, pay special attention to the roadside assistance on the back". I have that with my car insurance. I would not recommend this place. I'm now stuck having to get oil changes there to recoup the money they ripped me off for. The oil changes that are "free" don't include any filter changes (even though it appears they use the cheapest filters possible). I'm not at all satisfied. I had planned to continue getting services here but now I think I will be shopping around. I left feeling like the guy just saw me, asked some of the questions just to feel out how much car knowledge I have before he started taking advantage, and throwing out numbers without any concrete amounts. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!P.S. I specifically asked Jaime what my tire pressure should be and he "showed me" the door amount of 32 PSI...so why did i drive off at 34/35? I'm confused.

My Mother in Law took her car in for service. Kai (Mini Maui) was such a nice representative. He took time to explain and, unlike the first one who almost helped us, was not argumentative nor condescending. Great customer service, Kai. Thank you! The Halloween decor is fun!! I am making a point to go in around Christmas to see if it's just a elaborate! Great job, Findley!
