I made an appointment for an oil change in advance for 10 am. I didn’t leave the facility until 1:15 pm. About 2 hours in, they let me know I needed a cabin filter change and told me it would be about 15 additional minutes but then that ended up being another hour. I wish that the time expectations would have been communicated clearer. Also I expected a scheduled oil change to be much less time- consuming in general.

Firestone has gone downhill. 90 minutes for a simple oil change. Great customer service in the past.
Galleria Mall location treats you like dirt. They don’t care about the customer . I have been a loyal customer and finally just walked out.Luigi was a jerk. When I said I was leaving a bad review, I was told that they would get me out ASAP.
Not good Oil change $109 💰

Went in for a nail in my tire. I knew I needed an oil change but had it scheduled at the dealership for a few days later. They gave me my inspection report and said my oil life was good, said my breaks were all good, but said brake fluid needed to be replaced. I took their recommendation on brake fluid and got it changed. Well turns out..after going to my dealership for maintenance, my rear breaks were NOT fine, they were metal to metal (hence the reason I needed break fluid) and my oil life was over 50 miles past due. How do you check brake fluid and not the breaks?? Yall had me out here thinking I was safe and good to go meanwhile my breaks were actually grinding metal. Do not trust they are actually inspecting things because it’s very clear they are not actually inspecting and just marking things off on the report like it’s all good.

Bad would not recommend getting your car fixed at tires Firestone. I went in to get my brakes fixed because they’re making too much noise when I break and also they weren’t breaking good and they break good now but they still make super noise. I will recommend going to Firestone very bad company.

The two hour wait time, turned into 4 hours, and when I received my van back, The note taped to the window, about not opening the window, was gone, and the window was partially rolled down, the window motor doesnt work properly, when I inquired about why my window had been opened, the managers response was, you have to open the window, I explained what happened, and they had to take door panel apart, and manually raise the window, however they didn't put the door panel back together properly , and now the lock doesnt operate properly, I will never go into that Firestone dealership again.

Took my car in for an inspection, alignment, and oil change. First, the tech told me they could not get my car on the lift - a blatant lie to get out of doing work, as my car had been to this shop several times before. Details of the alignment and oil change were not provided, though I was told that they were done and charged for them. Inspection of a known issue led to Firestone quoting me almost $1k for some suspension work. I agreed and left my car with Firestone a few days later. Firestone contacted me the day after I left my vehicle with them and changed the quote to over $3k because they damaged components on my vehicle while attempting to remove some bolts, rendering my vehicle inoperable. When I picked my vehicle up, they did not tell me they damaged the bolts, simply suggesting I tow my vehicle. I began to drive off but immediately had to turn around due to an unknown grinding sound that the techs claimed not to have heard, and that the techs misdiagnosed when I pointed it out. The techs then denied responsibility, claiming 'the part was going to fail eventually,' as if their actions had not directly led to part failure. I filed a claim with Firestone and they are non-responsive, and are making all efforts to avoid repairing the damages they caused. Will not be returning to this location as the techs cannot be trusted to perform adequate work or accept responsibility for their actions.

I walked in with a flat tire and was told that it would only take a couple hours. After 2 hours I checked back in and was told that the eta. Was 1 1/2 hours. When I came back I asked about my car and was told I was just a walk in and I wasn’t important

Dropped my car off for an oil change, the attendant told me it would be done by 1 pm, came at 4 pm to get it, car is still not even been worked on, waited over an hour at the shop waiting for them to start working on my car. At no point was it ever communicated that they needed more time or anything, they need a huge overhaul on their customer service will not be back.

My A/C in my car hadn’t been working properly for some time. Every place I called wanted about $280 for diagnostic, and then more $$ for any repairs. I was looking and trying to find service where I could just see what’s wrong without it costing me the big bucks. I saw a coupon from Firestone for $9.99 for an a/c check.. I thought it would be a “come on” for once they get you there, they give you a laundry list of repairs. Nope, They checked my A/C, told me what was wrong, fixed it for a single charge. It is like a have a brand new a/c in my car.. I am overjoyed with the service. Shanti was extremely helpful and nice.
