Always know that my 2 vehicles will be fixed perfectly. Had bad experiences at a few places but never Firestone. Been going to them for years. Jerry is great. Others also.

This is the second time I’ve been here in a couple months and every time has been horrible customer service. They don’t close for another 2 1/2 hours with one car in the shop and four mechanic standing round told me they couldn’t rotate and balance, my tires I highly do not recommend this place!

Everything was good until I didn't want to upgrade or replace an air filter. Then the manger was rude and nasty.

Before I mention the actual review I want to mention that I had to reschedule my appointment twice due to being sick, and when I called on 7/21 a really nice guy answered so it made me hopeful this would be a great place. I am new to the area and have only had great service from Firestone locations in my old city, so I was expecting the same here.
Unfortunately that is not the case for this location. To start off - arriving for my appointment on 8/4, my boyfriend simply asked the guy in the garage with a New York accent (I think his name is Charles) where the entrance is and he was extremely rude to us like we were inconveniencing him. He was also rude during my check in process for my car. He must have overheard me talking about how disappointed I am at the service here compared to other firestones I’ve been to because all of a sudden he was super nice to us when we arrived in the waiting area again, giving my boyfriend’s dog a bowl of water, acting completely different than when he first saw us.
When he handed over my inspection papers about what needed to be done to my car it was apparent he didn’t read my file of my previous visits because he joked about my car being the only one among the others currently in the shop that doesn’t need a battery change. Had he actually read my information he would be able to see I changed my battery back in November at another Firestone. On top of that, he tried to sell me a lifetime tire warranty which I already have…because my tires are Firestone! Everyone knows car repairs can be pricey, but to joke about it after being rude? Not funny and not professional. He is by far the worst mechanic I have come across and there are quite a few bad mechanics out there.
I’ll take the $1000 it will cost for my repairs and go to another shop with better service because my experience here was terrible. Very disappointed that the firestone in this area isn’t up to par with the ones I’ve gone to in the past.

I have been taking my vehicles to Gerry at Firestone for more than a decade. He get all my recommendations to friends, family, and anyone else who asks for top service and honest answers to questions and concerns. I have never had a bad experience, my vehicles are always serviced properly and no detail is left out. The te informs me of anything they find but are not pushy about selling me anything.
Long Stiry Short, Old School Customer Service and High Quality Work and nothing less!

They were very great about getting my car down quickly. I went in to make appointment and they had a cancellation so I was able to get my car updated with new tires.

My husband took our Tesla Model 3 to have a flat tire fixed. Had no appointment and this location was not busy, so he didn't have too long of a wait. Apparently the tire only needed a patch, which was great, so no need to purchase an expensive tire! What has me really irked is that they charged an EXTRA $20 because our car is a Tesla!!! It has an axle, wheel and tire JUST LIKE ANY OTHER CAR!!! WHY IS THAT DIFFERENT???? Any potential Tesla customers beware of this totally cheap shot at us!!! Treated normal at Discount Tire, but they were closed today.....won't go back to Firestone!

Overall, this shop offers prompt, friendly, quality service. Prices are high all over for any work on our vehicles, this place is no different. Thus the good customer service and transparency of communication of work done helps to soften the blow.
