The diagnostics on my Subaru was spot on. Because I bought the car online, I decided to return it instead of having the repairs done. The service manager who helped me (I think it was Tony) gave me a copy of the diagnostics and did not charge me the ordinary fee ($20). He was most courteous and explained everything very clearly. I see this business as honest and competent and would recommend them highly.

regarding the 2640 pecos ridge location made an appointment for 10:00. estimate was 100.oo minimum for a 55,000 miles service and to remove service do light which was also on my audi, they would contact me if any further issues arise.which was fine.i asked upfront if they follow the same manual as audi dealership does. the female employee i came across first her response was yes and gino the same.the staff was pleasant. car was done in 45 minutes. however when i entered inside my carto leave i notice the service was still on.i went back to gino and he said it would take a while to get to it which i got the impression he wanted me to walk away and discouraging me from staying. i told him i'll wait.10 minutes later he walked to the car with hand equipment attempting to remove the service do light. he could not.he said the audi dealership could only remove it. i went back the next day and i mentioned that i was told by a different firestone shop the computer in the shop there would take care of it. gino said he doesn't have that computer there but some firestone's shops do. finally, now i question whether the technician actually even saw the service light or it would have been indicated in the invoice handed to me at the end,and 45minutes seemed kinda fast for a 55,000 miles but i'm not a mechanic, also at this point it feels like the information given to me was untrue or dishonest. i've been a firestone fan from the 70's and i hope this is not a continuous trend with firestone which is known for honesty.

All the guys I dealt with are nice. I’ve been coming here for about four years now. I don’t need to come in very often cuz I rarely drive my car but when I do they get the job done right the first time. I feel like they do right by that quote from Mr Firestone over their door. And that’s why I will be back again when needed.

Did not over charge and very efficient. Much better experience than pep boys. My hybrid Hyundai sonata won’t start, they checked battery, checked what’s draining battery etc, only charged $40. Car was fixed.

Gerry is amazing and Charles is wonderful. All of the technicians are helpful and courteous. This store has true leadership and care for its customers. Please take out the time and recognize the leaders of this store and all of its staff for its 5 star customer service. These gentlemen come in day in and day out and give 120% each and everyday. Good service is hard to come by, however the great customer service that each and everyone of them give should be recognized. Please recognize these gentlemen and take them out to a really nice dinner, close the store down for them to be with their families and pay them for the entire day. Also, the Holidays are coming up. Under promised and over delivered. After havingu car towed in after breaking down on the freeway with kids on the car, they said it may not be diagnostic till the end of the day (Sat) and not repaired by Monday. They were able to get me in and fixed the same day. Told me what was needed and recommended.
