Idk staff just seems to come across as kind of bougie to me, like your being sized up for if you have the money to by their products ( I for sure did) just not my vibe and they didn't have anything in my size which is rather common, not very impressed.

They had a show price of $120 and when it rang up 185.00 they wouldn't honor the price. Customer service during this issue was horrible. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

Great customer service walked in and was greeted with a big hello and can we help you. Taeja was so nice. She was helpful finding the right sneaker and the right fit. Even ensuring that we were able to get a coupon for 10$ ! Her customer service was out of this world. She won us over. We will definitely be back. So glad I found Foot Locker

Customer Service absolutely horrible.Selection of shoes for women zero to none.When asking for a Lady Footlocker the Male associate, seriously they don"t exist anymore, then turned around to finish his conversation with another associate.I would not recommend footlocker to anyone who wants real Customer Service.
