Give this dealership no stars if I could. Will swindle, scam, and rob you blind of as much money as they can. Will promise you one things and give you something else. They practice an against the law practice of "bait and switch" tactics with their website. All there cars on their website are all listed at MSRP, but once you arrive you realize the price isn't the price. They have tacked a $15k "market adjustment" on their cars and try and feed some bullshit about a hot car market. The salesman didn't know jack shit about the car or the market for the car he was trying to sell called out the bullshit he was trying to feed multiple times. Salesman was too busy boasting about all the people he's ripped off to care about actual making a deal. Wanted to talk about the corporate dinners he was invited to for all the people he's been able to rip off. I'd steer clear of this dealership at all costs. Wrote one of the sales managers an email about the experience and it was ignored. So now everyone can be invited to read my review of this place.

Purchased a 2023 Ford Lightning. A fantastic, technological marvel of a vehicle. Ford went above and beyond on the creation of this truck. A+ happy.It's shame I don't have much positive things to say about the dealership. It's clear and apparent to me the quick adoption of EVs will be hindered and crutched if consumers have to rely on purchasing them through a third party dealership. My personal buying process at Ford Country started off with the available vehicle posted online no longer being available. Sticker price tap dancing. Never being shown the full picture when being shown a payment chart with no percentages or it being itemized as to how the total was achieved. To extended warranty cleverly slipped in and then being removed when caught and told prior it was not wanted. There are states that protect consumers when buying a vehicle. California is one of them.

Do not I repeat, do not use this Ford Dealer.They lack great C/S, no one in the service department acknowledge you when you walk in. They either don't answer the phone, or NEVER call you back after leaving dozens of messages.They wanted to charge someone almost $1,000 to repair they're vehicle. And said that a battery was needed, which was almost as much as the service.The vehicle was eventually taken to another dealer, which they had no problem finding out what was wrong with the car. It was eventually started and the price was in the $300, big difference and no battery was needed. I did not want to leave this message, nor will I name the advisor who never returned any calls. But I felt this was needed.

My experience here was the most easiest, fastest and pleasant experience I've had at any dealership. Chad Wellborn was more than patient with me and my life style. He took care of everything before I even arrived at the dealership. When we finally met face to face, he was pleasant and never pushed or put me under pressure. When I finally made my decision, I was placed under Luis Cruz, Financial Manager. He was also just as pleasant and easy to speak to, laughed at my dry jokes and made me feel at ease. Thank you so much for making this visit the most wonderful time spent with purchasing a vehicle.

I was invited to visit Ford Country by a lady on staff. We were told she arrives a little while later, however we were quickly introduced to a different salesman. For some reason the paperwork they had said I was actually communicating with multiple male staff members about a different car? Kinda confusing. A nice test drive with a friendly salesman who knows many features of the car. We want to buy this car, or one of their cars. I'm told there is a hot car market now. Invitations to negotiation were not entertained. The first price given is the pain point. No coming back with good news or a little military discount. Enough people want to buy new 2023 cars over MSRP, so buying at the dealer is only slightly different than a vending machine experience. It just kills me that I went home in disbelief and after literally 1 minute of math found a way to reach a loan amount we would have been amenable to even at MSRP by selling the car myself and can take a tax break. Anyway, I don't have their business card or anything and I just noticed the MSRP listed here is much higher than other Ford dealers.

Just bought my first new car in 13 years! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The store is beautiful. Raul was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful. Great personality too! Ed, finance, explained everything and his recommendations were tailored to my needs. No oversell. A special shout out to Mel for working with me and for just being amazing!! Huge thanks to all. I'm grateful and appreciative for the care I received. Best of all, my new car is gorgeous!! I highly recommend Ford Country.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT: For car repairs and servicing, choose another Ford location or another auto shop. Little boys in their 20s run the show here. There's no feeling worst than to put something important like your car in their care (lack there of). The feeling of dread and regret is real after you've dropped your car off with them. There's some small, strange feeling deep down that something will go awry. And it does...They don't call you when your car is ready. Secondly, car attendants will barricade your car in with other cars. So, it'll take them over 20 minutes to bring your car out to you. It takes that long because they have to get on their little walkie talkies and confuse each other.They'll take an additional 20 min just to find the right person to move all the cars and to get your car out. Does it sound like Dumb and Dumber enough yet? On another occasion, an older car attendant, who barely spoke English, was trying to tell me they accidentally locked my keys in my car. And they were trying to rectify the issue so they could bring the car out. This three-ring circus took 30 minutes. Don't get your car serviced here. Ever.SALES DEPARTMENT: Buying a car? -- Sherri Anderson. All the time. Every time. She's the only one who gets the 5 stars.

Bought two cars in the same week from Ford Country. Process was smooth and my salesman name was “D”, he was great to work with. Felt no pressure got a great deal on both vehicles and the sales manager Mike was awesome as well. Very happy with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone.

The buying experience has been very smooth. Most importantly my salesperson, Marvin Gomez, was able to explain everything clearly and answered all of my millions of questions. I bought a pre-owned vehicle that is like new and I love it! This is not the first vehicle I’ve purchased from Ford Country and Marvin and it won’t be the last.

Had the worst experience having my F150 diagnosed and repaired as of 9/7/23 I highly recommend you avoid. Do not expect Timeliness call backs, even if you leave numerous voice mails. Be prepared to try and find multiple times throughout your already busy day at work trying to get a hold of the customer rep and not getting a single call back.

Team Ford is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. My service advisor Jose V. was great, always keeping me updated and acknowledged and explained any concerns I had. Always returned my calls in a very timely manner. My 2016 Mustang GT is now driving likes it's brand new. I will be going to Country Ford for any future repairs.

My first time here and Gloria was amazing! She definitely went above and beyond!! I had left my ID in my car and she made sure I got the help I needed. She also helped resolve the issue I had with my vehicle and corrected it. Couldn't thank her enough!!! With service like that I will definitely be coming back !

Had an oil change on 2013 Edge. It was done in less than 45 minutes - was there 15 minutes before they opened. Service advisor was nice and friendly. Told me what was suggested and didn't pressure me to get them done. Waiting area is clean and they have complimentary drinks too. Overall a good experience except the two issues below.Offered to wash the car which they did but when they pulled it up, it was dripping wet. They didn't dry it! So now it's water-spotted all over. Total waste.Be aware about the 3% extra charge if using credit.

I dealt with Tim in parts department and he was awesome. Factory parts great prices. On my way out I was looking at a 2023 raptor and I was approached by 1 salesman and he faves us a card and told us to let him know if we see anything. Walked another 100 feet told the next salesman we were talking with another salesman and he basically said we were lying. Definitely will not buy a raptor from them.
